Congrats! (I beat my wife at Soul Calibur III the other night.)

I wish I could agree but I doubt it. The costs of sets would double and parents would simply not buy them. If they did these as UCS Exo-Force they might sell well, but I can't see that happening. UCS seems to only succeed with Star Wars.
  3. Nah. We love you too much. *sweet*
  4. Siegfried replied to paksu's post in a topic in LEGO Town
Thanks for posting this. I might look into it tomorrow. *sweet*
  5. Well, as *yoda* said, you asked the wrong question. You probably could you that but why would you want to? *wacko* I still might buy a baby though! :-D
  6. Those babies are pretty cheap! I've added one to my Bricklink wanted list and I'll see what I can do with one! X-D
  7. :-D You don't want much! That model would cost at least 300 USD, if not closer to 1000, but I am sure that you already know that! That is probably my favourite Technic site. *wub*
  8. Welcome to Eurobricks. *sweet* So.... er... do you like Lego? 8-|
  9. Siegfried replied to MicVash's post in a topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Yes, it is a pretty cool site. *sweet* I like his cover page. Very interesting mod of the 7249 crane. :-D How can you be sure? The Japanese did largely invent Mech/Mecha afterall.

Indeed. I think Verhoeven was trying to make a Alien/Starship Troopers/Beverly Hills 90210 hybrid. :-/ I still like the movie, but it is not Starship Troopers. I like a lot of the concepts in it actually, including . I've read it several times but I should read it again. I liked the talking bomb. :-P I was very surprised that didn't make it into the movie. :-|

  12. I always saw purist to mean someone like me; any official Lego is good to use providing you don't use them in ways that will damage them. Is there an "official" definition?
  13. Siegfried replied to xwingyoda's post in a topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I suppose. To me it looks like someone sat on a ship from a Buck Rogers comic. 5. It was a joke. If he did something as good as that I would be happy. As Chucks work goes, aside from being needlessly small, it is an interesting design and doesn't seem to use any methods that offend me. :-P Tried and failed. They mumbled something about 30 days.

Well, I think that SirNadroj has received enough complements from me to know that, mosaics aside, I really like his work. I doubt that he will be that offended.... or at least I hope! :-$ Too true! Lately he has been half breaking exoforce sets and adding a part or two hoping to impress me. :-| Dream on!
  15. Siegfried replied to xwingyoda's post in a topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Well I don't see the fact that he was heavily inspired by someone else as relevant, so I voted for his anyway. :-P Perhaps the original designer should recieve half the prize, but I voted for what design I liked best. I am surprised that anyone would vote for SirNadroj though as, to be honest, for such a talented builder (with more bricks than me :-| ) it is far from his best work. In fact, if my son made that I'd ask him to try again. 8-| But I am very interested who will win this one as it is still anyones game. My second would be Sir Dillon's, and third would go to Chuck.
  16. I think that if it was made by Lego, then you have a good argument. This includes odd things like Znap. I would rule out the wooden toys, as well as the old (metal?) cars. :-P
  17. Give me a hard copy right there. *wub* I have problem with skin jobs in Sinnerton and this is just what I need. :-P
  18. Siegfried replied to xwingyoda's post in a topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Ha! I lost mine years ago. Never missed it either!
  19. Siegfried replied to xwingyoda's post in a topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I find that a big behind helps with swooshing. 8-|
  20. Siegfried replied to xwingyoda's post in a topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
But would you want to? That is the question... I swoosh Impartial all the time! :-P

Do those codes apply to people outside the USA? Untill recently we weren't even allowed to view those catalogs... :-|
  22. Siegfried replied to xwingyoda's post in a topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I voted for SW4J. If I made a small fighter, it would be something like that. But since I don't like small fighters, that whole comment makes no sense. *wacko* :-D You'll be seeing more of it too another day! Thanks though. *sweet*
  23. Yes, you are correct my Lord. It is here. ;-)
  24. Well, it might make you feel better to know that I was very happy with my MTT.
  25. Siegfried replied to Kikuichimonji's post in a topic in Community
Darn. I was hoping you knew something that I didn't. The set that I am still waiting to turn up is 7699 MT-101 Armored Drilling Unit. I'm want to avoid the postage too but I'm running out of time. If it doesn't turn up this month I may have to S@H it... :-|
