Thanks @Exile Phoenix! Yes the head is angled up. The head is attached with the brown axle as shown in the picture above. I'm afraid it is quite hard to be modified due to the fact that the axle will punch through five technic holes to firmly connect the head to the body and the head cannot be turned too. As for the price, I'm personally looking as price per minifigure instead of pieces, for example at the same price tag, I can have four minifigures and a Thanos in 76107. So I feel that this is quite pricey as only one minifigure is included in this set. Thanks for the comment! Any other questions about the set? I'm happy to answer them here for you.

Hello everyone. Star Wars is an undying franchise in our universe. Have you read the review of The Betrayal at Cloud City by @WhiteFang yet? After a time travelling journey, let's come back to the present timeline to check on this cute little stocky creature from Ahch-To island which appeared in Star Wars Episode VII: The Last Jedi. Special thanks to LEGO CEE and Eurobricks for giving me this amazing reviewing opportunity. (Chewbacca and the firecamp with a roasted 'porg' are not included in this set) Introduction Porgs are native to Ahch-To, and can be found dwelling along the cliffs of the island where Luke Skywalker stayed hidden for many years. They are highly curious creatures where one of them nearly died by looking into the light sabre opening and another one nearly stepped on the activate button. Now they are designed by LEGO designers and being release as a LEGO set. After the official photos were released in the wild, everyone loses their mind in a way that this is a scary and ugly looking creature in LEGO form. That includes me. However, after I got my hands on this set, I seem to start liking it a little. Let me bring you to a journey from the inside of the LEGO Porg. (That sounds scary but it is not, 'technically'..) Overview Name: 75230 PorgYear: 2018Pieces: 811Minifigures: one little porgPrice: £69.99 The Box The front of the box features the Porg with its mouth opened, standing on the mossy rock on Ahch-To island. The back of the box showcased its back and the only play feature in this set. Press on the tail and the mouth will open as well as the wings. This set includes a UCS styled display stand and a minifigure scaled porg. The side of the box has the same box art in a very nice panel. This is at the top of the box, 1:1 picture of the minifigure porg. This porg is exactly the same as in 75200 Ahch-To Island Training with a white half circled tile. There is another variant of porg with grey half circled tile in the infamous 75192 Millennium Falcon - UCS (2nd edition). The Content There are six bags in total with one instruction booklet and one sticker sheet. The booklet is considerably thick with 142 pages in it. The first page gives you the whole idea of what you will get after building each bag. I personally likes to build it bag by bag instead of mixing it all. Searching for parts in a pool of 811 pieces is no fun at all. Haha. The UCS styled sticker. Anyone collects these UCS display stands? You are most welcomed to share a group picture of the stands at the comments area. Found one in my garden! The Build The first bag we will build a rack like this as the skeleton of the Porg. They are interconnected with technic pins and axles. They are designed like this to make the inside as hollow as possible. This fire ladder looking crane is the connector that makes the whole mouth opening mechanism work. It will be at the centre hollow part to ensure the movement is smooth and not obstructed by other bricks. This is how you connect all three parts into a rectangular vertical box. The views of the partially completed build of bag one. Here only the tail will be on the outside of the porg and the upper red round tile is actually the tongue of the Porg. This is when the mouth is open in which you have to push the tail downward to achieve it. When nobody is touching the Porg, it will only show you its kind of cocky face with the mouth closed. After building the mandible and webbed toes, I've finished building bag one. This is the back of the Porg which is the completed build of bag two. Back to bricks and plates instead of pins and axles. I like the use of these modified plates with three claws/rock fingers. It added a lot of details at the back as feathers. Attach it at the back of the Porg. Bag three added some visceral fat and white feathers at the abdomen of the Porg. Very nice use of the curved bricks to create a rounded body in the model of the Porg here. Bag four added more rounded fats and dense feathers at the side of the Porg. Then we move on to bag five which is the wings and bag six, the orange coloured head with its two big round eyes. The combination of orange, white and grey is really movie accurate and looks aesthetically pleasing. You can see in this autopsy of the Porg, the outer details are built separately and attached to the centre skeleton box at five surfaces of the rectangular cube and the feet attached to the bottom. So this is a very useful technique to learn from this set if you want to build any kinds of animal or even a human being with LEGO. Porg: WE ARE NOT FOOD! Final build of the model. It stood up at around 20cm tall and I really don't like the fact that its resting position is mouth closing. You need to do some modification to the build inside the box to keep the mouth open if you feel that it is cuter in that way. At least I do. haha. Looks like someone agitated it. Size comparison with the mini Porg. The model looks so huge! This is a simple UCS style display stand with a jumper for you to put the small porg. Front, rear and side views of the porg. The design is seamless where you hardly see any technic parts buried inside the outer builds. A very nice companion while I work on this review, now that it is here with me, I like it more now as it can be quite a cute desktop display model. A closer look into its teeth. The build is actually quite movie accurate as it can capture the yelling expression amazingly close to the real porgs in the movie. The scale, hmm. Hulkbuster should be larger. Haha Stop moving, you little porg! Just wanted to show how far the wings can stretch but it wouldn't stay. Chewie: GGWWWRGHH... (I'm hungry)... Yummy. Summary review Playability: 3/10 Not really playable but the mechanism is a good building technique to be learnt if you want to build something similar. Design: 8/10 Great design of a rounded fat penguin model with LEGO bricks' square nature. Price: 5/10 Quite pricey considered that only a mini porg is included as minifigure in the set. Overall: 6/10 This is good as a display set and I suppose it looks good if it is placed among the UCS with its display stand especially the BB-8 model. I hope you enjoy reading my simple review and do express your comments below. *Disclaimer: This review is my own opinion as a reviewer and does not represent LEGO official views.
  4. Great amazing review @Ecclesiastes! This is such an amazing set! I love these lovely lions and the build reminded me about Fenris the wolf in Hela's set.
  5. kaelthas replied to hallidaynick's post in a topic in LEGO Licensed
    Omg i want one!
  6. Another great review of cmfs @WhiteFang! Love the pictures! The highlight of this series is the movable short legs. So I'm hoping LEGO can come out with the Hobbits dwarves cmf with these legs. (Who's with me?) haha. I think The Lord of the Rings too deserves a come back like this series. Let's hope for the best.
  7. kaelthas replied to CopMike's post in a topic in LEGO Licensed
No knee too? Like the hulkbuster UCS?
  8. That insect with giant wings is really an amazing masterpiece!
  9. Omg I love your pictures! You made the car extraordinarily stunning! Great review my friend.
  10. High five! Thanks mate! Thanks! Hmm. 76039. Anthony is so exclusive and the wings are too special to be missed!
  11. Haha maybe my definition of playability is a little bit different. To me something like a mechanism equals to my definition of playability. Yes I had very much fun building them too! FYI, I swoosh Anthony around with his large wings all the time. Haha
  12. Thanks for the kind words! Can't wait for the movie too! This is the first time I used black background for the review, turns out quite okay and I will try new colored background in my next ones. Hopefully it adds some different feeling in the review. Thanks! Glad you liked it! Yeah I do love Anthony with those large wings. Thanks! It's not a spaceship but more of some arctic vehicle. Maybe they didn't copy the city helicopter to make it similar to the ones in the movie? But I do agree with you that I want leg printings..
  13. 'Hold on, you gave her wings?!''And blasters.''So I take it you didn’t have that tech available for me.''No, I did.' No blasters or wings for you poor Scott.. So this movie is about the story of antman and the wasp after Captain America: Civil War right before Infinity War. So I suppose we will know why antman is absent when Thanos invaded with is 50% discount ideology. I really love these 'one set to collect them all' LEGO sets. They really make you feel complete. Let's go into the sets. Introduction Remember the previous set of Antman when the first movie was out? I missed that set and didn't buy it. Now there are some increase in the value, but I still manage to get the set from a local reseller. So here I am, having two Antman LEGO sets and a review combo. Hope you like it! Overview Name: 76039 Ant-man Final BattleYear: 2015Pieces: 183Minifigures: 3Price: £19.99 / $19.99 / 24.99€ Name: 76109 Quantum Realm ExplorersYear: 2018Pieces: 200Minifigures: 3Price: £19.99 / $19.99 / 24.99€ The Box The box arts are incredibly amazing for both sets. The previous battle is on a coffee table and the latest battle looks more like a small lab in the Quantum Realm. I'm pleased that the super jumper is no more. The play features are quite little in both of the sets but I'm not complaining as their appearances are amazing. The antman designs are different as you can see from the actual sized photos here. The Content For 76039, we got two numbered bags, one sticker sheet, one instruction booklet, one comic book and two transparent printed wings, I love these exclusive wings! Booklet one, two, parts list 1, parts list 2 and five. Bag one, two and extra parts. 76109 also came with the same content but we don't have the comic book any more. Is it because it is not appreciated? Booklet one, two, three, four and parts list. Sticker sheet. Bag one, two and extra parts. These are the special parts in bag one. I love the printed round tile that looks like a watch battery. The ski base is quite a large part which I prefer it to be several small parts so that it can be more useful in MOCs. I loved this one so much! The printed rounded trans clear windows, wind pipes and the roller skate shoes! The wings for the wasp is nice too but I kinda hoped she got a special new mold. The Build Anthony! This giant flying ant is the main attraction of this set and you won't get it anywhere else. It was so well designed with the wings! This is the top side view after you assembled the parts. The colors used are very nice too. The wings can spread very long and it looks like taking off now. Side view. Here you can appreciate the head, thorax and abdomen of an insect. When he is 'flying'. There are actually two attachment under the thorax to make him fly. Shelob is here! You can actually put a minifig to ride him. The flexibility of the head makes him look like he got his own expression when posed at the right angle. I love this Anthony so much! This is the final build of the set with the up sized 1x1 red brick and 1x2 yellow plate. The stickers are so minimal in this set made me wonder why not just print the LEGO words on the tiles? Run Yellow Jacket! Moving on to 76109, the build only consist of this Quantum Realm Explorer. I love the spherical dock design with round and transparent parts. It looks like arctic explorer but much cooler and more advanced looking. The back of the explorer is surprisingly detailed. I do love the brilliant use of the barrels as the exhaust pipes. The wings of the explorer are attached via ball joints on both sides which makes them stretchable like this. It does feels like Anthony in the previous set to me. The cockpit can only fit one minifig at a time. Top view of the explorer. The roller skate shoes really look cute here as the details of the ship! The completed build. *The trans stand that make wasp fly is not included in the set. The Minifigures The Yellow Jacket, Ant man and Hank Pym in his old motorcycle suit. Look at the amount of details printed on the torsos and legs! If you love antman and minifigures, you wouldn't want to miss this gorgeous set! Their helmets are very nicely molded and The trans red and trans yellow part that incorporated into the helmet showing their expressions really super awesome! The back of their torso are equally detailed. You can even see the part that Ant man broke inside the Yellow jacket by shrinking between atoms. Helmets removed and you can see Darren Cross, Scott Lang and Hank Pym (Saruman?). OMG I really love the helmets. Darren only have one face while Scott is added with puzzled expression and Hank with angry face. Let me present to you. THE YELLOW JACKET! Moving on to 76109. A lot of complains goes to the wasp's helmet. Including me. WHY not use the Ant man's helmet with trans yellow visors? Now she looks ugly. Or at least I thought of this before I got my hands on her. The recycled use of the invincible iron man's helmet is really a lazy move but the printings on it does make her looks nicer. You gave her wings!? The trans blue wings are nice but also a repeated use of parts. Only her torso prints made her looks nice here as a minifigure. Leg prints are also missing for her and the Ghost. Alright enough with the complains for the Wasp. New Ant Man suit! Now he has a blaster and superb torso and leg printings. The Ghost looks nice too with two trans blue blasters. The trophy is quite a mystery to be added to this set. I think we will know after the movie. With all the complains raised for the Wasp, she is quite nice and acceptable after I acquired my copy of the set. The back of their torso is very nicely printed and you can recognize ant man here is actually similar to the ant man in the trailer. All three of them have dual facial expressions. Finally we get a scared face of Scott here. The Ghost we got a Valkyrie face that will look better with the hood on. Helmet off. Hope does have facial expressions under the helmet. Scott is happier than the previous version and for the Ghost, her helmet is printed on the head and it looks quite nice. Haha, here it looks like Scott is surprised to notice that the Ghost looks really similar to Valkyrie in Thor Ragnarok! I took Hope's hair from the other city set and it looks nice on her like that. Comparison of new and old ant man. Is he gaining weight that the belt is curved at the new suit? The back is also different and the new one looks lighter without so much clunky metals. The evolution of ant man suits and I love all of them! Ant man family! So you get what I mean of the helmet is recycled but the printings on it saves the day? Conclusion Both sets are so nice and I can't find a reason not to have them in my collection. Miss them, you will surely regret as a Marvel Ant man fan! Review Summary Playability: 6/10 - Nothing much to play with actually. Design / Building Experience: 10/10 - The design is very nice and I really love Anthony and the explorer. Minifigures: 9/10 - Great minifigures! All the printings and the details are marvelous! A little bit disappointed for the wasp but it's ok, she does look cute here. Overall: 9/10 - These two sets are must buy for ant man fans. The sets are equally worthy with the minifigures in it. I love them so much! Hope you enjoy the review, do share your thoughts in the comments!
  14. Great review! This set is massive! Now you made me wana buy it.
  15. Nice review as always. I wonder how many LEGO Dinosaurs are there?
  16. And let's not forget the stone @HawkLord.. Thanks mate! Thanks @Venefic! My next review is in progress. Stay tuned! I do agree with the disappointment of getting the same Banner. (That was dirt in his shirt of my copy. I wonder why cause it was already there after I took out from the seal.) Falcon's wing is definitely great but it can be better if they are printed parts. I still haven't get my other infinity war sets.. Sob :( Nailed it!
  17. Thanks for the reply. Yes, Mark II is bulkier and nicer than the first version. Here is another picture of him intimidating the Hulk!
  18. 'The end is near.' Are you excited to see Thanos destroy half the universe this April? I am! So let's snap our fingers and start this new combo review of mine. Six sets to collect is quite heavy to my pocket so I start with this much sought after set, plus a combo with the previous Hulkbuster set as a comparison. Is it too much to hope for a support set (UCS Hulkbuster) from LEGO for me to review? Hmm... 'I hope they remember you' Introduction Tony keeps making new suits for himself and Hulkbusters with Banner to contain Hulk that lose control. Here we got Hulkbuster Mark I from Age of Ultron and Mark II from Infinity War LEGO sets. The main build of these two sets are the Hulkbusters itself and a small build of the partial Hulk cage and a ball shooter piloted by Proxima midnight and outriders. Let's start. Oh, spoiler alert, the soul stone is here! Overview Name: 76031 The Hulk Buster SmashYear: 2015Pieces: 248Minifigures: 4Price: £29.99 / $29.99 / 34.99€ Name: 76104 The Hulkbuster Smash-UpYear: 2018Pieces: 375Minifigures: 4Price: £29.99 / $29.99 / 34.99€ The Box The front of the boxes featured the Hulkbusters in action and the minifigures included. The size of both sets are the same but the 2018 version is with 375 pieces at the same price. No wonder it had become a hard to find item in my place. At the back of the box you can see Bruce jumped out of the Hulkbuster and grab the soul stone. I thought he is supposed to Hulk out? The outrider looks scared and ran away, quite weird of what's happening here. The old box features scarlet witch and ultron in the battle but in the movie, the fight is only focused on Hulk and the huge iron man. So is it telling us that the new box art is not that accurate to the movie? I guess we'll know this 25th of April. Proxima Midnight and Iron Man Mark 43 in actual size. I think the super jumper (minifig leg destroyer) is not being included anymore. The Content The comic book is very nicely printed and I'm glad that sticker sheet is so small. Hulk is still in the plastic and three numbered bags. In 76104 we get four numbered bags with a sticker sheet. bag one, bag two, bag three, and bag four. We get four infinity stones in bag one still attached to the sprue. The Build These are the small builds in the sets. I didn't pay much attention to them as I'm very excited to proceed to the Hulkbusters! The turret shoots a ball by pressing the serrated arm. The center of the arm is flexible enabled it to squeeze out the ball. For 76031, the cage for the Hulk is built with a trans clear bar to make scarlet witch fly above the Hulk. There is a compartment storing the soul stone at the back of the turret. So the stone is with the outrider all these times? How confusing! Here you go. I love the trans orange new part for the infinity stones. Can't wait to get Thanos and the gauntlet along with all the stones! The Minifigures Iron Man Mark 43. He is with a round chest piece and the gold red prints. The torso is very detailed as usual and Tony's face is similar to most of other LEGO iron mans. A comparison with a later version of iron man in civil war. Mark 46. Tony added blue lights all over the torso and covered part of the chest circle. The helmet is pretty much the same. Blue lights at the back too. You can check all previous versions of iron man here. Scarlet Witch. This is a younger version of her that serves Ultron to avenge her parents. I like the dark red jacket here but why her power is blue instead of pink? The civil war Wanda has longer hair, a skirt and a more matured look. The faces and red eyes are the same, but the torso changed. But where did the leg printings go? Hulk! Now you are outnumbered. We have two Hulkbusters. This is the angrier version of Hulk affected by Wanda's magic. Seriously, what did she showed Banner made him so furious? Compared to previous versions, this one actually have a line at the collar bone area indicating that the head is shaped by new mold just to make his hair like this. But it is not separable from the torso. The skin tone is similar to the Ragnarok version. Only the pants changed color after two years in Sakaar. Pollution maybe? Ultron Prime. This is the Ultron which amputated Klaue's left hand. I like the overall printings on his head and torso and legs. The red lights also looked glowing like fluid flowing through his body. Bruce Banner. We have another Banner in human form after Ragnarok. All things similar but there are some dirt on his shirt in my copy. Can anyone clarify? Or is it a minute difference that makes him exclusive to this set? Falcon. He is another highlight in this set who had a new brick-built wings. They are attached to him with the trans clear 1x2 rounded edge plate. Underneath the plate the printings also resembles a closed wing as a backpack. The brick built wings are actually quite heavy for him as a minifigure, but the trans red cone fire gave quite a good support for him. The wings are awesome as it is flexible in horizontal way! It can now folded in front of him to block bullets. Thanos does give the Avengers some level of stress making Falcon's suit darker than the civil war version. He is in Wakanda in the trailer with Cap, does that means that the wings got vibranium upgrades too? No more carbon fibre? I think the brick built wings are so much nicer than the previous one. Proxima Midnight. One of the Black Order of Thanos. She gets a bright blue hair treatment in LEGO form and a sweet smiley face. However, you won't like when she is angry and holding her spear. Pearl gold arm and the white colored arm is very nicely matched with the armor printed torso. Do you think the grandmaster would show up in Infinity War? Hmm..His melt stick would be a great weapon against the mad titan, no? Thanos's new minions, outriders. He has the other four arm attached to this new part that attached to him like a backpack. I love the black and gold color combination here. He does look like spider from the side. The back also printed very well underneath the four armed backpack. Bad guys army. The head does look like an eye, right? Go get the Avengers! The Highlights of these two sets. Are you ready for some Hulkbusting? Let's start with the most exclusive part in the set. The dome shaped head with gold color printings. Mark II have more lines and the eyes looks angrier than the previous version. Side by side. Wow, just wow. Both are very fine build of the robot but I prefer the Infinity War version as it looks bulkier and detailed compared to the skinnier version. Mark II also looks 'complete' with the stickers applied. Let's open up. The first version is with a brown 2x4 tile inside, looks primitive. Mark II looks more technologically advanced as it got a interconnected gear inside the pilot's seat. Spoiler alert. It's a bit late for this spoiler though. Now everybody knows Banner is the one piloting the latest version of hulkbuster. I like the fit of a minifigure inside the space. Just nice rather than spacious in the first version. Sideways. Mark I have a straighter posture. Mark II kind of lean forward but both are very stable. I really love the trans blue knob that turns his right arm 360 degrees creating a hurling action. It can be locked just by clutching in the knob. Mark I is using the bionicle shoulder pad while Mark II has a shinier buildable figure era shoulder pads. The back looks nice too as the antistuds are quite covered up. Sitting position. Mark I has a better articulation at the hip area enables him to sit more properly than Mark II. Mark II kind of lack one angle at the hip area. Some modifications are needed to help him sit. Comparison of LEGO buildable figures. Mark II is taller than Mark I and quite similar height with Giant man. Sadly I don't have the UCS version to compare here. Tree beard and K2SO are way taller than them. The sole of their foot is quite wide enabled them to stand with one leg and dance off! Conclusion Both sets are so nice and I can't find a reason not to have them in my collection. The Hulkbusters are so nicely built and they looked great standing next to each other. Review Summary Playability: 9/10 - They are very nice to play with especially the posability of both Hulkbusters. Design / Building Experience: 8/10 - The design is very nice but not really movie accurate. They look quite different from the movie and still very skinny even for Mark II. Minifigures: 9/10 - Great minifigures! All the printings and the details are marvelous! Except for Proxima who looks a little bit cartoonish. Overall: 9/10 - These two sets are must buy for hulkbuster fans like me. They are really nice to pose and play and photograph with! They do make me kind of ignored the existence of the minifigures in the sets. Haha. Hope you enjoy the review, do share your thoughts in the comments! Superhero Landing!

This set is so cool. Let's hope it glows in the dark!
  20. Awesome! How was it? Rubberly tight. The clutch power is ok, not loose. That was indeed a great technique I found in the internet. So useful!
  21. Great review @WhiteFang! Love the dragon guy and the cake and race cars can become a stand alone part! So nice!
  22. Thanks! I am hoping I can get enough support for making the Six Infinity Wars Sets Review. Oh ya, I forgot the UCS Hulkbuster, but I still haven't got it..
  23. Your welcome! Making reviews are the best way of appreciating the LEGO sets! It's quite long since a written review is posted anywhere in the internet. All switched to video reviews but let's continue writing so that the tradition won't stop! Thanks for the compliments! Series 18 is coming.. Thanks! I agree that I don't see any scene like these in the movie, but the designs are very similar especially the Royal Talon fighter! Thanks for the corrections! Thanks for the info! We want PURPLE! We want PURPLE! If LEGO hear this, will we get a purple panther suit in a polybag or something? Thanks! Snag them all! Thanks! My Civil War Black Panther finally arrived! I love the printings on the earpiece there. How come they are not printed in the new panthers?
  24. Hi everyone. It had been a while anyone posted any written review anywhere in the internet. The trend goes to video reviews instead of written ones, but I'm going to continue the effort of making written reviews and hopefully I can get more support as 'You can't save the world alone' quoting Justice League. Like my previous post, I am doing this one as a two in one combo. Don't Freeze. I NEVER freeze. Introduction The Black Panther himself is T’challa, the king of Wakanda, a mythical African nation that also happens to be the world’s most advanced civilization. He first appeared in Captain America 3: Civil War avenging his father thinking Bucky is responsible for the bombing in the UN causing the death of his father King T'Chaka. In this movie we will know more about Wakanda. Let's indulge in these vibranium rich LEGO sets. Overview Name: 76099 Rhino Face-Off by the MineYear: 2018Pieces: 229Minifigures: 3Price: £19.99 / $19.99 / 24.99€ Name: 76100 Royal Talon Fighter Attack.Year: 2018Pieces: 358Minifigures: 4 Price: £29.99 / $29.99 / 34.99€ The Box I got my copies from my local TRU and they are packed nicely with the plastic wrap which is very neat. The Royal Talon Fighter is with Wakanda city background and the Rhino scene took place in the vibranium mine. I always love the blue glowy color that represents vibranium. At the side of the box, you can see the minifigures are fighting between the good and the bad. (I still reluctant in removing the plastic wrap, they are so nice!) The Content Here for 76099 you get one sticker sheet, two instruction booklets and three numbered bags. For 76100, you get a thicker book for the fighter, and three numbered bags. I'm very happy that I did not see any stickers here thinking that this set has all the printed parts. I was wrong. It was hidden at the last page of the book. The Build The very elegantly designed Royal Talon Fighter and it looks very Wakandan I would say. This is the result of building bag one, bag two and bag three in 76100. My favorite part of this build is the rear thruster where the base brick is purple in color. It really resembles the scene where it flew in Wakanda, charging through the misty forest as in the trailer. There are 12 side wings in this fighter but unfortunately they are fixed. Curves are quite rare in LEGO but the ship looks nicely rounded. At the bottom the trans clear round plate is nicely used as the bottom thruster. I like the combination of technic elements with bricks to have such amazing design of the ship. The cockpit is quite spacious and the center cockpit is designed for Killmonger but I don't remember he is inside the ship at all. After all the center cockpit is empty, so you can put anyone inside. Nakia is piloting the ship. Let's go to the mine and play with the Rhino. The mine cart is full of vibranium(three trans blue 2x2 plates). I love the trans blue vibranium transport cart so much! The wheels fits perfectly on the railway and the only disappointment is the railway is too short! This cart is built from bag one of 76099. This Rhino actually reminded me of LEGO Chima. I love the build especially the head. It is built by sandwiching the center bricks with left and right side of the face. Okoye can ride one it and there will still be plenty of space left for other minifigures. The tail is cute, and this is built from bag two and bag three. War of the beasts! The Rhino is much sturdier than Fenris the skinny wolf. Little tips I learnt from the Internet. If you are frustrated in applying stickers, fret no more! This technique allows you to apply the stickers accurately! First you take out the sticker from the sheet, put it at the corner of the sticker sheet, then you can hold the large sticker sheet and apply it at the correct angle. Thanks to a person whom I forgot where he posted this trick in the internet. This is how it looks like when you paste it at the corner. The Minifigures Let's look at the main attractions of these two sets with seven great exclusive minifigures! Here we have our Wakandan King T'Challa in the Black Panther suit. This suit is quite old fashioned and manually worn. The prints is very detailed and you can see the eyes showing through the helmet. The teeth necklace around the chest are silver printed and very iconic to the character. In the trailer, the suit is purple, but why is this blue? This suit is enhanced and it is more advanced compared to the first suit and more complex design of the torso and the back. I love the color here but does anyone here agree that purple is nicer? Killmonger the villain. He got hold of his black panther suit (I wonder where it came from. A spare?). This suit is very nice in gold but looks villainy. The head looks like an alien head if you look closely. They call it the Golden Jaguar suit. Where are the prints on the earpiece and the legs? But their head and torso prints are amazingly detailed. You can appreciate more of their head prints after removing their ears. Done with the panthers. Now let's look at Okoye, She is the general of the Dora Milaje and the head of Wakanda's armed forces and intel. She is wearing brownish outfit with a belt that has a panther buckle. She is wielding a spear but I would prefer the spear to be chrome in color instead of this old common spear. Don't you think so? Nakia. She is wearing the red uniform of Dora Milaje, wielding her Ring Blades. You get three rings here, Thanks LEGO! Her uniform is also with a panther buckled belt and she is permitted to keep her hair because she is a spy. Her hair is also unique here in LEGO. She has a smiling face as the alternate expression. Erik Killmonger in his mercenary outfit and his special mask. Some say the blue outfit look similar to one of the Dragon Ball character. He is holding a blaster, quite uniquely designed. He has only one facial expression despite his mask covering the back of the head. The mask is rubbery and not rigid. These minifigures are great! Oh wait, I forgot the other villain in the movie. Did you forget him too? Too much Killmonger? Ulysses Klaue was a black-market arms dealer gangster who wanted to expose Wakanda to the rest of the world, with Klaue stealing a stockpile of Vibranium as a result. During an encounter with Ultron, Klaue sold all of his Vibranium to Ultron before losing his arm during an argument. Here you can see his left arm is equipped with a special weapon which will surprise you in the movie. He has two facial expressions and the white and blue shirt is very accurate to the movie. This is a new part representing the arm weapon. The hand will hold on the bar like other LEGO weapons. Where is our beloved Everett Ross? Bag end? Andy Serkis is a great actor! Who is the richest of them all? Conclusion Both are very nice sets in terms of minifigures and the builds especially the fighter and the Rhino. These two are smaller compared to Thor Ragnarok sets but still a good buy for the exclusive minifigures especially the Black Panthers. Review Summary Playability: 6/10 - Both sets are packed with play feature but the pretty low score is due to the features are quite simple. Design / Building Experience: 9/10 - The design is very iconic to Wakanda. The fighter is amazing and I love the Rhino. Only the vibranium cart is too small but still very nice. Minifigures: 10/10 - Great minifigures! All the printings and the details are marvelous! Overall: 9/10 - Get these two sets and you are complete for Black Panther. Oh wait, where is the Civil War Black Panther? Hope you enjoy the review, do share your thoughts in the comments!
