Ragnarök Now 3: Day One
The really weird part about it is that Brand messaged me before the ordeal even started. I remember having a dream that he was a tree and I got him cut down, and then I was a clown and he got me killed, but I'm not sure we're on "message immediately" standards. I'm happy to help a guy out, but not before he's even posted. His behavior in thread has been pretty genuine and pro-town to me, but hey, he's getting better every time. Might be a ruse.

Ragnarök Now 3: Day One
Wait, wrong name! Sorry, I'm still getting used to all our names. I was in a coma for the other two adventures we had. I'm not bored, I'm just reading. You know this is my town playstyle. Well, I can assure you that I'm a loyal Einherjar, and have been all my long, long, long life. Brand messaged me in private as soon as confirmation went up, and I jokingly told him I was scum because I didn't want to talk to anyone before the Day went up, but hey, you can take it however you want.

Main Street Mafia: Day Two
When I made the posts I did, I thought to myself, "damn, I'm gonna be pretty ducked if Brian is actually scum," so I think it's really a point to agree to disagree on at this point. I don't know what good blind skepticism does in this situation when -we have an uncontested tracker claim (reason to err in his favor) -a claimed cop result on someone who probably pretty likely to be scum anyway (reason to err in his favor) -one scum dead already so a gambit would be unwise (reason to err in his favor) So even if you doubt Al, that's cool, I'm willing to be skeptical too, you still gotta vote for the cop result. Take everything I said when I was in that Joker costume and think of the inverse; that's when you get the actual truth.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a defense, and I was open to his possibility of being scum, but I see where you're coming from. That vote's perfectly valid if you want to keep it that way, but it's not on scum. Eugene and I are of one mind here. I see Russell as the most likely scum of the bunch. Not only has he seemed extremely forced thus far, but his vote on Sarah was the worst one - most likely trying to draw votes away from Brian at a critical moment. Thisis opposed to Greg (who, while very suspicious, does exhibit play somewhat similar to this when town), or Irene, who I feel is the most pro-town of those calling for Sarah's head. Vote: Russell (Sandy) Greg vote is cool too, but as I said above, I think there's the largest possibility for error in lynching him.

I'm going to keep my vote since we achieved a lynch on Brian already. I don't necessarily think he's scum, but he's a perfectly fine Day One lynch. I'd prefer we lynched Ace, but something just aren't meant to be. Yep, figured he was a PR. I'm disappointed that it came to this; Al seemed like town to me. Ping. Splitting the vote to a lurker is a scum move, and makes me think we may actually be on the right track with the Brian lynch after all. Look into this guy later on. Greg is still scum - "Brian could be town or scum" He wants to go for Sarah as well. Ping ping ping. Anyway. If we want to switch one more time I'm down to change for a lynch, but for now, we're good. A switch to Greg in particular.

The issue isn't in that it it's the same reasoning as someone else, the reasoning is in the fact that you completely ignored his justification for it. You acted like it never happened. Plus, I must add, you only chimed in with that post after Eugene called upon you to speak. You seem way more awkward this game than you seemed when you were in cosplay. Why is that? Then why didn't you say that then? You're putting 2 and 2 together and saying it equals 5. Respond to my points. Greg already had pressure on him, didn't he? What tangible difference would Brian's vote have had?

The difference is that when Katherine said so, although I think she's wrong in her individual reasoning, hadn't explained himself yet. Ace ignored the explanation and just parroted Kate's (can I call you Kate?) position, which I found to be scummy. I think your questions posed to Brian were better ones than raised by the others, though, for the record. That wasn't the question Ace asked, it was yours. Here's Ace's post: He basically said "If you think he's scum, vote for him." That's his reasoning. The fact that mentioned "general scumminess" doesn't mean that his question is intrinsically linked to yours. He seemed inclined to, yes. I actually think you're misinterpreting the post there. I think what he was saying was that he couldn't very well vote for somebody else at that point, not that he explicitly wanted Greg for that reason. It may not address your questions, but it's responsive to the votes. I don't take a position on Brian's allegiance - the dude is impossible to read. My argument is that Ace is scum. I don't think it's great play, but it's not suspicious per se. I've known a lot of people to wait for responses/reactions before casting the vote. Greg already had votes on him, one more wouldn't have invoked any more of a reaction.

Hey guys, sorry, was doing some hair. I like how things have started off. Some interesting votes going on. Right now I'd probably agree with Shelly that Greg and Irene are the best choices, but I'm getting weird vibes on the Brian and Al wagons. I can understand how you think Al's scum for jumping on Greg (when I think he was pretty much justified), but why Brian? That bogus stuff about "setting up" doesn't really come into play this early in the game. I'm not sure how to read this. Were you anyone else I'd probably vote you based on this alone, but I don't think this is how you act when you're guilty, Irene. Remember when you stole my scissors? That was uncool, but you weren't like this when somebody figured you out. Ping. Brian addressed this before you posted - he wanted to see how Greg reacted. I think you're trying to jump on a wagon that makes you look earnest/sincere in finding scum with this. Brian might be scum, but not for this reason, imo. Vote: Ace Brickman (Kintobor) I think this is an excellent lynch. Greg's good too, but I think we should nail this guy to the wall today. You acknowledge that Shelley and Brian have past experience that makes their votes ok... and then vote someone just as experienced in the same way? I love that Greg's trying to throw shade on the quieter members - in particular someone who has some votes on him - when we all know that that doesn't usually result in scum lynches. If the Ace lynch doesn't take off, Greg's getting my vote.
