  1. Hi all, Everything is available for free download at: https://jumpshare.com/b/rWF5itkxUkedHQMxJevO Regards.
  2. I had the idea right after submissions closed for the Lego 80's challenge.
  3. I saw the built model in person for the first time at a Lego shop. Underwhelming I have to say. Nowhere near as good as CaDa's Mercedes nor Viva Hypercar. I still want it, but it would need to be at a very heavy discount. Lots of room for mods everywhere.
  4. Anyone going to re-do the area around the headlights to actually make it look like a P1?
  5. While that sounds very impressive, the Viva Hypercar/LaFerrari has lots of fragile bodywork on it and wouldn't make a good candidate for that kind of speed, unless you never crash into anything.
  6. Hey, I've simply uploaded the instructions, studio file, photos and stuff for the mods to a file hosting site that doesn't discriminate between Lego/CaDa . Available here. So this is a rear window for the car, and a rear-bottom bodywork piece strong enough to pick the rear of the car up. The required parts can all be purchased from GoBricks. Cheers!
  7. Haha, wouldn't that be nice! Thanks! It's actually skewed a bit to mimic the perspective in the source image. It would be slightly different if it was intended as a 3D representation of a Les Paul.
  8. Hey, Introducing "Money for Nothing": An art piece based on the Dire Straits album cover "Money for Nothing". Two and a half dimensional. The same size as an LP sleeve. Includes an integrated fold-out stand, as well as a block to hang on a wall on a screw or hook. Includes some pieces in colours not currently available from Lego. Compatible pieces can be sourced for these. Also includes an image that needs to be printed on a white sticker sheet, cut to size and stuck over the top of two 6 x 6 tile pieces. Instructions, Studio file, image for sticker and inventory available at: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-199731/GrizzlyBearAdams/money-for-nothing/ More photos and renders: https://bricksafe.com/pages/GrizzlyBearAdams/money-for-nothing
  9. It's only two small mods bundled into the one set of instructions. But it is a mod of a product that the site has decided not to allow. I'm not going to reverse-engineer the whole set, as that would be improper. I'll find somewhere else to upload it for anyone that's interested.
  10. The fact that they explicitly list and "ban" any and all competitors of The Lego Group suggests anticompetitive behaviour. But I'm not a lawyer.
  11. No, it's more than that. They have an entire page listing all the keywords and content that they "ban" from their website.
  12. I tried to publish instructions for this pair of mods on Rebrickable, however they refuse to publish anything related to non-Lego brands. This could constitute anticompetitive behaviour by Rebrickable?
  13. Yes, I used that fix sheet too. But there are still numerous issues, as discussed in this thread. I also developed a fix for the paddle shifters detaching from the linear actuator, but it's not 100% effective.
  14. I've developed a very robust fix to the little bodywork segment at the rear-bottom, and also a rear window. Just ordering the parts now. Hoping to publish both on rebrickable.
  15. @milmoul, Yes, I was wondering that same thing. "The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success." - Bond supervillain
