  1. I don't use / have either of those software. Suppose I can just 'spot the difference' for the gearbox steps. Thanks anyway.
  2. Thankyou. Is there an extra-parts-needed list anywhere for gearbox mod only? Decided that's the only mod I'll be implementing.
  3. Great work! Is there, or will there be, an inventory of additional parts needed?
  4. Surely it's very incongruous to base it on a 10+ yr old car, when every other ultimate 1:8 set was based on a bang up to date model!? Can't decide what to make of this...
  5. echo_bricks have the full, reasonable quality, box front.
  6. Brilliant. I'd love to see the different parts in closer detail, just to understand better how this was achieved. Is there anywhere I can go for a look? Thanks
  7. So, just to sum up the new parts, prints and recolours aside, we have 8 new moulds? -Triangle panel -5x3x2 panel -Left rim -Right rim -Tyres -Wheel arch -14t bevel gear -22t bevel gear This leaves it tying with the BMW motorbike for most new parts in a technic set, ever?
  8. So, 8 new parts in total? Unprecedented?
  9. This is astounding work. On another level...
  10. Not that I'm advocating it, but to answer my own question, yes, a motor can survive a dishwasher. Tried one about a month ago, still working 100%.
  11. I tried to PM, but cant... Could some kind soul please send to me???
  12. Hi, I've a huge 30 yr old collection & have had complete success washing old models in the dishwasher. Came out like new (bar the faded whites). Wondering if power function motors would come out in working order. Would be a big task removing all pf elements. Has anyone tried a motor / leads / empty battery box in the dish washer? Any advice?? Thanks
