  1. The box arrived damaged. Kind of bummed but I emailed the vendor and they said they were unable to send another one out so they gave me a $50 credit. So I ended up paying $132 delivered for a new assault on hoth in a damaged box. I think that's a fair price.
  2. Found assault on hoth online today for $182 so I bought it. I know it got a lot of negative reviews but it looked like a good playset so the kids will get that for Christmas.
  3. That battle of endor set has held up incredibly well over the years. It matches the ewok village perfectly. I like the size of that at-st much better with the ewok village than the new at-st. The new one dwarfs the village and looks out of place. I have it on a book shelf with the village and a few battle packs with updated hero figures. Looks great.
  4. Decided to bite the bullet and get something this may the fourth. So I jumped online to buy the y wing at full price but it was 20% off so I added a boba fett key chain for 3.99 to get the bill over 50 used $5 in rewards so it's $50 out the door for the y wing key chain and r2d2 poly bag ?
  5. I really need a couple more characters for my cantina diorama. I know they made a hammerhead already but he's way too expensive. Also need a small snaggletooth ponda the doc and a couple of other strange creatures.

I think those figures may be knock offs. I posted in another thread but I saw a Han Solo that looked legit to me but the guy only wanted $4 for it. I looked on eBay and you can get knockoffs cheap including the Death Star droid. I'd be careful. Trying to figure out if the new Han or his hair piece have any distinguishing marks
  7. I'm sure it's fake. No one who is breaking up the Death Star would sell the figs that cheap. Is there any lego markings anywhere on the figures? I've seen some decent looking repros on eBay and now I'm getting Leary of buying any lego figures that aren't in an official package that I open myself.
  8. How do you guys spot fake lego figures? Some guy had a Han Solo with the new hair that he bought for $4 it said lego in the description. It looked pretty good to me but it had to have been a fake. How can I tell?
  9. I didn't think the calendar was that bad. Bb8 Santa hat is weak sauce but everything else seemed fine. Really like the ot officer. They should throw a new hair Han in there though for all of us who bought the old Death Star.
  10. The Death Star needed updated figures and there were new building techniques and firing mechanisms. The ewok village doesn't need any updating other than Hans hair and leia in poncho from the shuttle set.
  11. I bet the chances of a new ewok village in the next 5 years are slim to none with my guess being none. It's a marvelous set. Combined with the battle of endor set it's absolutely amazing.
  12. The 2014 wave seemed pretty reasonable at full price but nothing since then had warranted it although the at st is a solid build at 39.99 retail in the USA. But I have always seen it at 20% off.
  13. Bought the 75086 battle droid troop carrier. Don't really like the prequel stuff but this looks like a nice set good value and it's retiring soon. Also found a first order general in a poly bag.
  14. A lot of those sets like the rebels seem older were those still on a shelf in a store?
  15. The battle of endor displays perfectly with the ewok village. The battle of endor bunker and atst have really held up well considering their age. It's a great set. I have the battle of endor and ewok village displayed on top of a book shelf and it looks great. Added a few bushes and an endor battle pack so I have 4 speeder bikes with it as well. I bought the new atst to go with it but it dwarfs everything. I am going to make a display with that and the hover tank in a rebel ambush.
