  1. I think Rebels is more popular with teens and adults when Freemakers is more popular with the age group LEGO makes their products for. LEGO's base is still children. They want the kids to talk about the sets with each other and get their adults to buy them the stuff for full price. I do buy a random A-Wing, I regret now getting the last one for $17. But that's the thing, I randomly buy Classic Star Wars sets only on sale. LEGO wants MSRP sales and children who ask just for the sets for Christmas. I rather have Freemaker's new vehicles than some more rehashed things from Rebels or another X-Wing.
  2. I think you are wrong, and frankly so does LEGO otherwise they wouldn't be making the sets. It's actually a really great show and more of my little cousins watch it than Rebels.
  3. This is one of my favorite sets in the 'great vehicles' theme. More so because it's been $12.39 in the USA for months and months now. This just shows how amazing the set is and how creative you are.
  4. It might be slightly remolded but it's about the same piece. If you are curious here are the other colors it's in.... http://brickset.com/sets/containing-part-6003058 And we made fun of how horrible 2016 was, but you are waking up as it's 7:20pm here and I'm having dinner.
  5. Nope, really old. It's been used as a plow in the first Arctic series like 15 years ago. I think it's been used a radar on police stations in the 90s and is used as a radar on the new Falcon from Force Awakens.
  6. Am I the only person who tries to buy one small set from every theme? Just to get something different and fun and unique mini figures? I own two Nexo sets, the horse (looks way better as a trike) and some small polybag I regret buying.
  7. All I know about cars is they have four wheels. But LEGO has done an amazing job with this series. I think they keep getting better because LEGO finally released, new molds aren't bad. 15 years ago LEGO made a lot of horrible new molds that were huge. They took a break and have really improved the last several years. All the new smaller pieces are being used excellently in these sets. Of course my favorite is Bugatti Chiron 75878, the one with the least amount of stickers. :)
  8. The set is a bigger disappointment to me. However the cockpit piece is amazing, and the different blues blend well. I really like it, but the rest is rather lacking. The battle suit combo thing is very neat. Reminds me of Galaxy Squad mechs.
  9. I can only answer that the train track is 13.5cm or about 5 3/8 inches long. There is only one curve radius, but there are also flexible track that I guess can do things too. (But no one seems to like / use them.)
  10. What difference does it make it you won or not? Don't you want the sets for the sets? You can always sell the extras. I bought all the Scoopy Doo sets even through I won the figures. But CopMike what difference does it make it if people message you the day they won or today? You can't send out the prizes being you didn't even have them yet.
  11. I got a bunny box last year, and a chicken box (covered in a million postage stickers) the year before.
  12. We just go....
  13. I normally do it now, but normally the prices have been taken care of 4-6 weeks ago.
  14. That reminds me I need to give my address to CopMike. I didn't want to bug him over the holidays.

It's from the super awesome Alien Conquest theme. http://brickset.com/sets?query=alien conquest I love the use of the hot air pieces, very nice. Great newer piece and great creative use. I hope LEGO uses them more for things like this in the future.

So LEGO is your friend (Which you need to look up what a friend is) yet you are against a steam train? Really? Maybe all the LEGO trains should look exactly the same just to please you.
  17. I love it when people mix Duplo with System. Very nice!

Really? That's odd. It's a $5 little Creator box. Nothing to be excited about.

Target has the new 2017 Creator Train up!!!! http://www.target.com/p/lego/-/A-51301103
  20. The CMF series are made in China and my only complaint is they have really bad legs. LEGO also has a plant in Mexico yet no one seems to care.

I am not at all upset. I'd love more train things too. Maybe if you, me and the other many fans of Trains bought more trains then LEGO would make more. :)

I'm not sure what there is to be lost about. 10-12 years ago LEGO made different wagons and such, they didn't sell. LEGO is in the business to make money, they didn't sell, why make sets that don't sell? Also LEGO has had trouble keeping up with the demand of their sets. As a company they barely can make the 800 different sets they make a year as it is. It's why sets disappear so quickly today. LEGO isn't going to waste production time making sets that don't sell when they can be spending that time making sets that do. It's really simple. However maybe this 'LEGO culture point of view' will someone explain why a company should make things that don't sell. LEGO isn't your friend, they are the biggest toy company in the world, and they are for a reason. And station vs terminal isn't always true. There are subway lines in NYC that end and the train back out of that are called stations. And the Niagara Falls old station was called a station even through the train would have to back up unto the tracks.

I like the design, but it looks like white and more white, the pale blue is barely noticeable. And I'd like it more if it were transparent, aka windows.

That was the worst train station LEGO has ever made. Also maybe Winter Holiday Train Station for this year's train? We can hope right?

I love the blue locomotive, but the rest of that set is very 'ehh' to me. But I do love the fact that it and the passenger train this year have been 40-45% off several times this year, including a few weeks back when I bought the Passenger Train from Target for less than $85.
