  1. A short James Bond fight scene animated in Lego Stop Motion.
  2. uh! some really old ones I found in the basement :) the one I use the most is a 55mm f2.8 macro lens
  3. Hey, that's an interesting topic. When I started out I was using an old Canon powershot camera. Over the years I updated my gear and now I'm using a canon sl1 with a bunch of old nikkor lenses. For capturing I use Dragonframe and Davinci Resolve for editing (which is free and really awesome). But I think what really matters is the story that you're trying to tell. Professional gear is nice but worthless if your story doesn't work.
  4. That would be much apprechiated too :)
  5. I've recently made a recreation of the famous Intro of the german TV series "Tatort". It only took three days for animating and postproduction but it was a really interesting project :) Check it out and give me your feedback: I've also made a side by side version so you can compare it to the original:

This is an amazing Brickfilm and the story has a deep meaning. How did you get the idea for it?
  7. Some Brickfilmers I quite enjoy (no specific order) : Brotherhood Workshop (the one who brought me into animating) Something's Awry Productions (love his choppy animation style) Forrestfire101 (sometimes a bit violent but a filmmaking genius) Fancypants (best comedian) Dylan Woodley (awesome Lego effects) Paganomation (speedbuild effect king) Forlorn Creature (He animates at 12.5 fps but it looks super smooth) Pantsahat (amazing set design) This is just my personal opinion but I think every Brickfilmer has something special

  9. Wait ... was that King Kong at 1:51 in the trailer? (behind the building)
  10. Thanks for the pics. Those are looking great!
  11. I am a bit dissappointed of the new Batcave but Arkham is just amazing!
  12. Sorry I'm not really a big Marvel expert
  13. Ok, was just irritated that he is holding the shield. I thought it woul'd be Falcon as the successor of Cap when he died in the comics.
  14. I am happy Cap gets a Helmet instead of a printed head
  15. Could be. There is a bright glow behind it so maby a focus point of the set? Would be cool if its going to be Darth Vader
  16. Yes that thing in the doorway.
