Brittle brown is a huge curse upon the old Lord of the Rings and Hobbit sets. I have four smaller sets—most minifigures have cracked torsos. Not to mention the printing quality wasn't that great either, with half the faceprints washed away. (And also the awful web cloths in the Mirkwood set.) I need to get replacements for some of them to bring them back to their full glory, but buying only minifigure parts is so pricy, since they're hard to get.

I hope that LEGO will make another set with Jumba's or Gantu's ship—it seems so perfect. The minifigure selection is kind of what I expected, and it's still really nice. Honestly, I'd rather get Cobra and David, since Jumba and Pleakley are more likely to appear in another set, if they ever make one. (Although it'd've been incredible to get all of them.)

By itself, I think it's actually a really well-sized dragon. Feels great for what it is. The set itself is quite amazing—the dragon looks fantastic (and really unique too), the sidebuild is great, and the minifigure selection is awesome. As for the price, it is too much though. It feels like a 60€ set, maybe 50€ if LEGO was feeling generous. Thunderfang has a similiar problem though, I don't think it looks much bigger than Egalt, even though it has a hundred more pieces. Unfortunately, Ninjago is recently suffering from LEGO's increased prices—especially this year's waves, where it feels (or sounds) like almost all sets should be at least 10€ less than what they are.

Both sets are quite amazing in my opinion, even though the prices could be lower. The Thunderfang Dragon is quite easily one of my favourite Ninjago dragons, ever. I adore the colour scheme, the chains, the way it's built with all the claws and spikes; but especially, I love how it stands on its two legs, and the overall posability. The minifigure selection is also amazing, with four Ninja (including an exclusive Arin), Nokt, and Tyr (also exclusive). I'm slightly less sold on the Arc Dragon. The colour scheme is extremely unique, and I love the two heads. The body is slightly too clunky though. I love that they included a Shatterspin spinner too. It also includes a lot of characters, which is really great, but I don't like how Lloyd is here again, instead of Zane—which would make the two sets perfectly complimentary, with all the Ninja, Forbidden Five members (the Winter ones anyway), and some Dragonians.

Apparently not—that will happen in February.

The reveal should happen in circa three hours, so more or less the same time as the January sets. It's happening. Don't worry, there's still two whole months to go—big sets especially don't get that many leaks.

I actually wouldn't be surprised, especially if the former does well in cinemas and with kids. They could even make a two-set wave with a Superman set.

I'd argue that 120€ and ~200€ are still expensive sets. But yeah, compared to the past two years, they're much smaller.

It's so weird how people don't understand that Gunn doesn't want to rush movies into production. If the script is not ready, then it's not getting made—Matt is still working on it, hence the delay. And it will absolutely not get incorporated into the DCU. The plan hinges on an older Batman who's already had at least two Robins, and is now with a young son. That absolutely does not fit Battinson.

Hopefully. They are rumoured to appear in the movie next year, so it would make sense for the sets to have them. We don't know anything about the sets themselves though, apart from the set numbers and piece counts.

Well the worst part about this set is that it has 379 pieces. For a minifigure set, this would be really really really bad. For a helmet? Simply inexcusable.

Well, the original leaker (a.clay.brick) is saying that he fully believes in those rumours, and that the source which provided them hasn't been wrong even once in the past. Could go either way, but I believe it for now.

Wrong choice of words, perhaps. TAS minifigures would be just as colorful, but I'm not really interested in them. I want something fresh and not movie / series-based, if that makes sense.

Not really—the movie releases a month later than the previous ones, so it's only fair the sets do too. Actually, I just noticed how weirdly the biggest July movies are treated by LEGO: Superman isn't even getting a set, Fantastic Four is getting only one, and Jurassic World is getting a whole wave.
