  1. Hello, very neat! I like the outer shape as well as the interieur. Well done! Bye, Christian
  2. Awesome. Impressive. Size does matter! (I also like the wooden board "Bardolino Oak", my computer desk is made of this...)
  3. Hallo Jonas, wie immer sehr schön gebaut mit vielen originellen Ideen! Fettes Teil! Tschüs, Christian
  4. Wow, phantastic work. I like the colourscheme grey-dark red. You allow me to use the picture as background image? (The icons on my desktop will merge with the image, I assume....)
  5. Wow, after 28 years new horses! And so many nice figures! 2012 will be an expensive year....
  7. Simply beautiful. What a great idea and concept.
  8. Hello, this is my entry for the contest. It's about Anakin's Pizza Planet Podracer (PPP). First, two pictures of what I'm writing about, for the story behind it read further if You are interested: Anakin is well-known for his talent for all technical issues. At the age of seven, he saw a podrace first time in his life and he began dreaming of becoming a famous podrace pilot, the first human ever. But as Watto's slave, he knew he would never have a chance to build a podracer of his own a legal way. All he could do was to collect the debris of the podracers being destroyed during the recent race. No one would care about it, and so he began grabbing all useful parts he could find, and it took months to collect a basic stock of parts because, however, he was only a little boy and not able to carry more than some few parts on the way home after work on the junkyard. At last, he finished the podracer about two earthmonths after his eighth birthday. The pod self had a very special design and a comfortable seat. Say "cheese", Anni! The engines were constructed by Borsig Inc. , a company which was famous for its powerful turbines. Once pre-heated, nothing could compare with their output: Not willing waiting ten months for the next podrace, he found it a good idea to earn some extra money behind Watto's back as a pizza dispatch rider. Up to four pizzas were possible to deliver, and of course, cooled drinks could also be ordered: But... Pizza was not the only business. He found out many customers clients need a special delivery service, so he converted the top pizza level to a secret airtight space. Since that time he could deliver special... objects such as contracts, secret files, discs, an extra serving of onion (remeber: airtight!) or just a picture of beloved Mama: Well, all went perfect until the day when a client turned out to be a snitcher. He alerted Watto, and he took "Wasp 1909" (the name of the podracer) away from him and sold it for much money by himself. Anakin was devastated, but he couldn't know some weeks later the story would take a twist of fate... [End of story] Thanks for the interest so far. More pictures are here , the whole gallery is on my flickr-gallery . Good night.
  9. Damn, I cannot see the vid in my country (Germany) because of the copyrights. However, nice vehicle indeed. The pics look great!
  10. Truly fantastic, especially the sculptures. Nice to see KKK appreciate Your work. Wish I could build like this.
  11. Hello all readers, thanks for the comments! I used 216 regular cheesies and 16 2-wide cheesies above the doors (to connect the yellow plates below them). Did anyone notice the engineer has a full-house? Comparing the original with my moc, I recognized a bad mistake I eliminated today. Here's the modificated version of the front: Yes, You are right: no buffers anymore. Bye, Christian
  12. Hello, for an event in Berlin 2010 I built a local underground 4-unit-train set, type HK. As MetroiD supposed before, it is serving the line 1 and 2 of the Berlin Underground system. At the event, my train ran both days continuously for 8 hours, although the 9V-motor seems a little bit weak. Not spectacular, but worth showing here: More pictures are here. Enjoy, Christian
  13. Wow, fantastic creation. I like the walls made from tiles. Looks very smooth.
  14. Nice station with so many wonderful details! When displaying at events, are the platforms extended out of the roof? Most dead-end-stations just have the first part of the platforms covered with roof. Edit: P.S.: I like the cutlass as technique detail!!
  15. Brilliant idea! Love the paintrollers and the windowslots made from cheeseslopes!
