  1. Looks like it's not 100% effective (one yolk fell through in the video). Nice looking model nonetheless, would be cool if you could make it break the egg for you too!
  2. You get what you pay for I really wish LEGO would make a higher-spec R/C system using good LiPo batteries, proper R/C (receivers, ESC, etc.), and more powerful/faster motors. Maybe someday...
  3. I didn't notice that part, will add it when I get the chance (in around 8 hours).
  4. Finished the LDD today, you can find it here. Appie's Little Pneumatic Wheel Loader LDD by VKTechnic, on Flickr It's missing very little, only the pneumatic parts and the Technic Hub/Handle 1 x 1. Unless I missed something, everything else should be included. Again, good job on the model Appie, it was very fun making the LDD
  5. More than enough photos, should only take 30 minutes or so to get the LDD finished (once I get home).
  6. The pieces in OP are custom parts, not made by TLG.
  7. Cranked out 85% of the LDD file today. Appie's Tiny Loader LDD (WIP) by VKTechnic, on Flickr The only part that I haven't modeled yet is the middle section, it's so compact that the photos don't show much. @Appie, would you mind posting some photos of the middle section?
  8. Those micromotors are mere pennies compared to the rest of his collection
  9. Nice job! It's a tad gray, but there's not much you can do about that
  10. Looks nice, I like the small improvements you've done.
  11. They will fit, but it will be a pretty loose fit (i.e. the tire will not grip the wheel as much), and you'll most likely have a lot of wheel slipping. The best solution for this would probably be to glue the tires, but I'm not sure how much of a purist you are
  12. I'm stunned at how small you made this. Awesome job!
  13. Final update from me! The LDD file is done and published, and you can find it in this Brickshelf folder. Datsun LDD by VKTechnic, on Flickr
  14. The closest you'll get are probably these Mickey Thompson tires, which will fit the Power Puller wheels: Dimensions: - Outer Diameter: 5.84in / 148.5mm - Width: 2.29in / 58.2mm - Inner Diameter: 2.2in / 56mm
  15. I'd also suggest moving the diff lock to the other side, it'll let you mount the diff a bit sturdier.
  16. Dluders did some tests earlier, 2.2" tires fit pretty well on those rims: Plumped & Normal Mounting of RC4WD Hollowpoint 2.2 Tires on Lego Power Pullers 22969 Wheels by dluders, on Flickr The only thing is, PP wheels are a little wider than the 2.2" tires, so the tires look better when mounted on the inside of the outer flange (as seen on the right of the above picture).
  17. Chassis looks really solid, sorry to hear about the gearbox issue Keep at it, hopefully you'll find something that works!
  18. I can already imagine a lot of places where this could be useful
