Yes, the return to center is done via a hockey spring, and all the motors are M. Yep, basing it off of the GV-104 Razorback from Just Cause 2:

Razorback WIP 2 by VKTechnic, on Flickr I ordered 49.5 x 20 tires today, so unfortunately, these mini Rock Crusher tires have to go. I've also tested all the functions, and I just have to make the bodywork look ugly accurate.

It's very handy for small models like this one, helps to get all the electronics in Well since Saberwing40k guessed what it is, next update will be a non-teaser pic
