Red Moon: Chapter One
I'm sure the demons are all an elaborate practical joke played on unsuspecting tourists. It's probably just some villagers wearing capes made from garbage bags, with toilet paper rolls stuck to their heads to look like goat's horns. Nothing to get worried about! I can't believe I am in the company of a mob of unreformed blade babies and knife-lovin' nancies! Of course, in Norwegia, each citizen carries a blade in case we have to cut the throat of a treacherous Dane or Swede resisting their absorption into the Scandinavian Alliance, but we have special tools for the task.... *fingers razor-sharp nail file thoughtfully*

2010 retailer catalog
I assume Brickset is referring to the Star Wars/ Toy Story 3 prelims that have been floating around. There hasn't been anything else, and sometimes Huw is a little vague. EB doesn't allow the posting of images marked preliminary or confidential, and in that spirit it isn't really appropriate to create new threads asking for them. If you do a little hunting around, you will find the ones I just mentioned. However, rest assured that at this stage there is no mythical full 2010 retailer catalogue that has been leaked anywhere.

Red Moon: Chapter One
I'm from the most famous country on earth and the leader of the Scandinavian Alliance - Norwegia! *hums* I know it takes a few guesses, with my lush golden tresses.... I hope there's enough seats on the bus for all of us. I just went through a painful personal life experience and I'm not sitting on anyone's Lapp.

Red Moon: Chapter One
Well, isn't this delish? Phasma Diabolus, at last! The name just rolls off the tongue, not that I'm currently looking to roll tongues particularly! It's always been a dream of mine to visit the temple ruins. So very soon I shall be able to tick that off my 'Natural Blonde's 20 Things To Do Before I Dye' list. I eagerly await news of our wayward Johnson

Same in my Target, 25% off all toys (not just LEGO) but selection was sparse - City Crawler cranes, sports cars, the SW Midi Falcon and some Indy Temple of Dooms.

Red Moon Confirmation & Discussion thread
Hello there! As a recently divorced interior decorator, I spit on your revolting 'junk art'. I recommend you take up something tasteful, like accumulating vast hoards of dark tan *turns to the ground and literally spits* Shall we continue?

LEGO Collectable Minifigures General Discussion
I am beginning to suspect the same thing. The way these parts are spreading throughout normal themes like Toy Story torsos etc doesn't engender much faith. It used to be these items were confined to large specialty pieces like the Castle Dragons and Trolls, or the Farm Cow. But obviously that was just a 'warming up' process and in more and more sets we're seeing these pieces. Even some of the Ben10 specialty parts like pink fins etc come in the tell-tale separate bag. What makes it most likely in my mind is the amount of all-new moulds and complex paint jobs on specialty pieces like the pom-pom. We've also seen from things like keychains and Vintage Fig collections that they are geared up to do prints not from regular themes. I will remain hopeful until we see them up-close. They are such amazing looking figs! They'll be hard to resist even if they are dodgy.

REVIEW: 7595 Army Men on Patrol
Thanks for this perfect little review, Clone O'Patra! I especially love the composition of your last two pictures - the empty cased running medic on his green pedestal, and the hunting down of Licensed figs. Boo! Catwoman would finish them off with one crack of her whip, no questions. The varying shades of green are disappointing. Again, it looks like LEGO has failed to rectify the problems which have plagued them for the last few years in the quality department. The many shades of brown were evident in Mariann Asanuma's Woody's Round-Up review, too 'Colorful' indeed It is interesting to see the concept of the battlepack - 4 figs, small accessory - spread ever further beyond Star Wars. This is probably one of the best - a great mix of playability, figs and fun. fallentomato is the expert on green brick fetishes

MOC: Christmas strike
Lovely work! Very distinctive and the expressions are priceless! I agree that Mrs Claus obviously popped a Gluteus Maximiser under Santa's tree last year

Anyone that knows what an 'internet' is should now be able to find the pics Please be advised that the first post will NOT contain working links to those prelims from now on. So if you have them saved, don't delete them as I won't be updating until we get 'official' pics. Well, you can't always tell from the sets what the movie will be like. Just look at the Indy 'River Chase' set from KOTCS

Agents Future
I hadn't heard it officially confirmed, but as a rule, LEGO doesn't issue press releases announcing the end of themes - why would they? They usually just quietly fade into the background, especially non-licensed ones. But yes, it does seem to have ended - so the future of Agents is really what the fans make it

Touche. But in context, I was clearly using humour, and I don't have a history of abrasiveness which exaggerates the effect. Let's all try to be civil It's Xmas! Well, almost

REVIEW: 8087 TIE Defender
Thanks for the review! I can't believe LEGO is using the 'destroy rather than flatten' boxes for even mid-sized sets now Most annoying for those of us tight on space who prefer to keep the boxes flattened nicely.

Toy Story discussion thread
Let's keep it focussed on the Toy Story discussion, thanks. If you feel that another member has overstepped the mark, either in posting style, or via a personal attack, please use the 'REPORT' button in the bottom left-hand corner of the specific post. Thanks! Do NOT argue in-thread. Legoliner Pilot, I would appreciate it if you were less abrasive in your posting style. While you are welcome to your opinion, you can control the manner in which you express it. Remain thoughtful and polite as per the Site Guidelines. Mild swearing (Jesus, 'what the hell') and statements provoking others (these sets will all end up on Bricklink, etc) do not add to the discussion. Thanks.

In Sydney's MX, yesterday had a full page back ad of the Santa fig and a front bottom banner ad saying search for 'Santa's Little Helper' - I also saw this ad at a bus-stop on the weekend. Maybe the Impulse giveaway was region specific.

MMV instruction scans?
The best place is to download them directly from LEGO's online instructions using the set #, 10193... http://us.service.lego.com/en-US/BuildingI...ns/default.aspx Sir Dillon can decide where this thread can live

Chris from Reasonably Clever picked it up at a TRU for $US42.99 so I imagine it's real price would be about $US39.99

Infection - Conclusion
What do the wieners do now they've won? Are they just standing around taking group happy snaps? Who's holding the camera, anyway? The infected AI? Are the wieners going to hatch out of the host bodies and wriggle back to the homeworld and sell off their green palm tree trunks on IntergalacticBricklink at $US6 a pop to furnish funds for their next campaign? Were they good, evil, mad, bad, or merely dangerous to know? Enquiring minds want answers! Plot, plot, plot! Games Regulator, make Quarry finish the story!

Infection - Conclusion
I just assumed that, like chameleons, the Aprahanti changed skin colour when they were angry. Or sexually excited... I can't wait for Sandy's new game, 'Red River Rising'!
