Do NOT post confidential/ prelim pics directly. You can link to them, but not post them. Thanks!
  2. I imagine since the video game is Year 1-4, the sets tie in with that rather than the new film. Hence Dobby's Release again etc. legomilk's word is good enough for me.
  3. What, Red Moon? I must have misread. I thought this was the sign-up for the sparkly vampire game, New Moon Edward. Eeeeedwaaaard.....
  4. The key to the stars is at the start of the mag. I don't have mine yet, but usually one star is Aus and the other is NZ.

Yes. I loved the old 10173 Holiday Train, for example, which was one of the more recent Trains aimed at AFOLS, but it's looking very rough around the edges compared to the sleek and superior Emerald Night
  6. Svelte replied to Pellaeon's post in a topic in Watto's Junkyard
Very cute! I love the metallic touches to the tree and presents - very Imperial. The helmet is hilarious!
  7. I'm almost fearful to ask what that means, exactly.
  8. Gateway of the Squid looks awesome! Definitely the must-have of the first wave for me! (Along with Mantaman Impulse).
  9. Let me just check my diary... ...hair appointment... ...taking the cat to the vet appointment... ...cat's hair appointment... Hmmm... if you're lucky, I might be able to squeeze this in (OMG! OMG! Sign me up! )
  10. Thanks for the sweet review! I really like the use of that container - very clever. The visors look in the down position. LEGO's increasing trend on making everything big, bigger, biggest (flame pieces in SP3 and Castle, barbed horns in Atlantis, Rebel helmets) is starting to become silly.
  11. Allan, do you have a source for this list? I noticed you posted a Trains list in the Trains & Town forum too...

Great use of the varying shades of brown and the dark red brickwork! Very original and compelling technique! Thanks for sharing!

Ah, my mistake. I'm sure the final version will look a lot better than this prototype.

No, the only set pic we've seen is the one in the first post of this thread from the Russian event. LEGO has kept a close lid on the other sets so far!

Thanks for these links, Christian. The train looks especially sweet!

No, Pi was right to post them here. Since they're off-site reviews they don't really need separate topics. We will wait for some in-house reviews to hopefully come along soon!
  19. Thanks for the detailed review! Your pics do look a little orange, if you have time or access to a photo editing program try auto colour correcting the pics to tone down the orangey shades. This looks like a great little parts pack, too, apart from the sweet figs Thanks again!
  20. DarkFader kicks off the 2010 Star Wars reviewing season in fine style with a close look at the new 8083 Rebel Troopers Battle Pack! Click here (or on the pic) to view the review and join the discussion!

From the Behind the Helm interview of Cpn Zuloo with Jamie Berard (transcribed by Izzy!), emphasis added:
  23. Scimitars! Golden domes! Jake Gyllenhaal! TinyPiesRUs brings us a teaser glimpse of next year's Prince of Persia line, found in the Aus/ NZ catalogue. Click here for a bigger pic and to join the discussion.
