Is there a concensus as to the design of the Victory class, I have seen many different renderings as to its design. 2 or 3 main drive engines, superstructure/bridge and even the hull sections which are supposed to be atmo manuvering planes. I have the 10030 and constrictor built, have been really deciding on this, Venator or an Acclamator next. Really like to see Victory class scaled to 10300. I built the 418 because I played so much of the early Lucas Arts X-wing/Tie and X-wing Vs Tie to me the intradictor ships are MUST haves in a fleet The 418 actually scaled closer to the Victory, still a tad big, but the 418 was just lovely, like a dagger and the concept is a large part of the appeal. Correct me if I am wrong but to roughly scale the the 418 and Victory I/II to the 10300 would be 14.5 and 21.5 respectively?

Jorstad Designs reworked the design a bit and I built it per their instructions.

I have been reviewing the LDD file backwards and forwards, seems like starting around step 230 seems to be a good place for the inner structure, working forward, then go back from there for majority of greebling. For LDD I removed the clear window stands as it seems to make in much easier to review and manipulate the model in LDD. I am just waiting for my last pack of pieces to arrive. Hopefully this weekend I can start on it, I will definitely have The Empire Strikes Back on in the background for motivation. Again thanks for the MOC/advice and tips, it really is appreciated. Matt

Thanks, I found them in l. grey, the old color I couldn't find was the ingot (99563) in metallic, I will use the grey ones as they are plenty. I can't begin to thank the creator of this wonderful piece and his willingness to share. Even more he continues to offer support and advice. - Matt

I have everything but the 4275/4276 hinges which are hard to find. Is there a suitable substitute for these? Thanks, Matt
