That dirty imperial torso also could fit as a Convoyex gunner from Solo's concept art. They made the AT-m6 pilot figure from concept art after all.

I’ve seen photos of it, it’s almost the same as the R1 AT-ST but the head is missing and replaced with something else, seems unfinished in universe, also comes with an elevator stand beside it. No head is included for the walker which is sad. Figures are Finn and Rose in disguises, Phasma and BB8

Unless TLJ has Rebel pilots going back to Jakku I wouldn’t think so.
