  1. Unfortunately I did not make a digital model, so I don't have the parts number...
  2. That is strange, in my model the tracks work perfectly. And from the photos you can see they are not loose. I think you are using old type of tracks and not the new "rubbery" tracks from the set? Maybe there is some slight difference between them?
  3. Thanks for your feedback, what so you mean with "slag on the tracks"?
  4. Love it! As I said many times, the wheels are very important for the look of the car: the same car with original lego wheels doesn't have the same appeal. I like the bodywork is buildable separately from the chassis.
  5. True... Build something with 4x 56mm tractor tires? It will include monster jams, agricultural vehicles, construction equipment, fantasy vehicles...
  6. It must be something small. Like: try to build a better backhoe than 42197, with a given bucket.
  7. Because there are no different 43mm wheels in the Lego inventory.
  8. The number Technic sets released in one year has increased in the last 2 or 3 years (I remember innthe past there were only January and August releases) so it's possible that we are disappointed because we expect more and more. Instead, we get more simple/repetitive sets. The variety of parts is higher, but it's packed in "almost the same" sets. If 1H sets were 4 or 5 like in the past, and if they were the Ducati, an F1, a small car, the plane and the dump truck, then I think we would have a different perception and we would comment positively. What I don't like is, of course, parts count going down and prices going up.
  9. 42199 has more backhoe feeling than this backhoe
  10. When will we get some info's about the summer sets?
  11. Maybe a safety car or F1 transporter truck
  12. I understand your point of view. I'm not against gaps and I don't think the gaps are the problem. I think it's more about harmony of the shapes. There are a lot of small panels, but they should be used wisely. Also flex axles can be used for the purpose, like in the sets of 20 years ago.
  13. Why speed champions car are instantly recognizable even if they are more squared and half of the size?
  14. Yes I remember! The space sets were revealed first. By the way, no space sets this year. Let's wait to be disappointed by the backhoe
  15. So all the March sets have been revealed, and not the January sets (except the Ducati). Let's wait and see.
  16. I understand what you mean. I just would like to see an updated design, more modern but still generic... with lower tyre profile and bigger rim. Maybe with the possibility to see the disk brake.
  17. Yes. My statement was a general statement referring not to this particular car, but all the 1:16 cars. What TLG did on the rear rims of the Koenigsegg is embarrassing!
  18. Nothing can be improved? The wheels and rims for example! Stop using those old wheels and introduce a new mould of sporty wheel that can be used for the next 10 years! Wheels can improve the look of a car a lot.
  19. Photos of 42205 are on Instagram (itavix_bricks) Once again, black rims.
  20. Jcb license brings high hopes for a backhoe loader in bright light orange
  21. Another polybag coming in an upcoming issue of the Technic magazine (in December in Italy)
  22. I hope it will be at least a 4 axle truck. But I still can't understand how can it be so expensive? 42167 was licensed and was 35 € with higher part count.
  23. 42203 Tipping dump truck (462 pcs | $49.99) Siurce: itavix_bricks on Instagram I suppose it will be in the scale of the Mack garbage truck, but more expensive and with less functions.
  24. 42202 is listed with 1603 parts at 189.99$, so the F1 licence (or the F1 appeal) has increased the prices a lot.
