Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
Shoulders down: great figure. But that head/hair... Not for me. I was only really interested in Captain Falcon, Scarlet Witch and President Loki. But since one of those isn't happening and another is what it is, I guess Sam is now the only figure I actually want.

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
I don't know about that. While in Ragnarok he is shorter than the Hulk, in Endgame, in the cabin at least, he seems to be taller than (Professor/smart) Hulk, who obviously was still a big fig. So I think a big fig would be appropriate (I'd be fine with the Nexo Knights suggestion as well). Although as I said, I wouldn't expect that here, because I agree he'd then be too big for the set.

Yeah, I don't love the Korg fig. Not meaning to restart any debates but I think to make him accurate he should be a big fig with a moulded head. HOWEVER, within the context of this set, which I love, I think it works well enough. A big fig would be very out of place here. Love how much detail is packed into the set. Awesome and very fun little display piece. Miek also looks hilarious, in a good way.

LEGO Star Wars 2021 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
I do like the look of that Slave I, but those pictures just confirm it's too small for me (not a complaint - I get why it is and I dig these cheaper alternatives, but I'd just prefer something bigger). Still like the Boba fig a lot, but those pictures really do highlight the contrast between the helmet and the armour. I'll keep on searching for a good deal on one of the older ones, and maybe in that time TBoBF will get sets with an updated helmet. And if not, he'll just remain helmetless!

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
I would quite like to see 1-2 sets based on this. Maybe their new take on the Milano and something else (too early to say what else the game holds I guess). I am also one of the few who, like @cosmic, quite enjoyed the SE figs. I actually like the Iron Man, Cap A (the mech one), Cap M and Thor figs more than most of their MCU variants. Hawkeye and War Machine were cool too (but I don't have them). So I'd be curious to see what Lego do with the figs for this one. Hopefully alongside the main five they could also give us some other more comic accurate characters. And, as was previously mentioned, any opportunity to get Drax (and a green Drax at that!) is a plus in my book.

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
Sounds pretty cool overall. But with Loki not being the President variant, I think I'm back to Captain Falcon and Scarlet Witch being the only ones I'm after. Keen to see the other ones though, if only because their parts could be used to improve prior figures (Captain America, mainly )

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
The last part is the issue* I now face, I've been building a bigger Avengers Tower, and am considering turning the Sanctum into a modular. But I bet by the time I finish doing both those things they'll end up producing sets that blow my ones out of the water. *Although it's not really an issue because they've been fun projects regardless of what comes. edit: realised I didn't actually answer your question. I think it's a pretty cool set. If you can get it cheap without the figures then I say why not. Yeah, it's a shame really because that's the only part of the actual building that I don't love. I'll probably turn it into a dark room eventually. An archive is a pretty cool idea too! As for the printing press, putting it in a separate building isn't a bad idea. However, the Sanctum, Bugle and Avengers Tower sets fit perfectly in the empty space on my desk, but there's no room for anything else unfortunately. All my shelves are dedicated to SW.

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
Yeah, the Loki fig was one of the ones I was looking forward to the most from the CMF and yesterday's ep cemented that. Also, finally finished building my Daily Bugle! Took longer than I expected but it was certainly an enjoyable experience overall. Some repetitive sections, but they were spaced out enough that it wasn't an issue. Final product looks very imposing, especially with the radio tower alone standing taller than the IW Sanctum set. Loved the way the various office appliances and details were constructed, and all the little Easter eggs are great. So much character packed into one set. I didn't have many non-Avengers comic figs prior to this so it was also great to be able to get so many of them in one go. Daredevil is the best figure in my opinion. Punisher is a close second but I did swap out his limbs hence why DD takes the top spot. Third place would probably go to Doc Ock due to his cool new arms. I must admit though, while the 60s Spidey office meme is amusing, I did find that floor to be rather lacklustre, both in build and content. So much so that I may take it out altogether (I think the Bugle might actually look a bit better next to the Sanctum if it's a bit shorter*). A dark room or printing press might have been more interesting. A couple of the figures could also be better. Robbie most of all. He's really only Robbie in name only. Different head and hair piece are definitely needed. I feel similarly about Gwen, but she's passable at least. I also personally could have done without the Spider-verse characters, and without Iceman, Firestar seems rather out of place. Still, I don't regret the purchase at all. It's the biggest Lego set I own, and I love it in spite of those minor criticisms. Going to have fun trying to make improvements where I can and finishing my Avengers Tower to go alongside it. I'd love to see more sets like this in the future. (Sorry for the essay ) *Also, I know someone mentioned ages ago that they wondered what the Bugle looked like next to the Sanctum. I can take pics at some point if you're still interested.

LEGO Star Wars 2021 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
I agree that regular green was the way to go with the new Boba armour. But from the sounds of his description, I may well end up displaying mine helmetless anyway, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem!

LEGO Star Wars 2021 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
Someone's posted a picture in the usual place of a caped figure as a suggestion of what could be used for the Armorer. The cape itself is a bit longer than hers, but the front looks like it would work to me! edit: Legonoki is the person who posted the pic/suggestion.

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
Firestar toys might be worth a look. I don't know if they do have Iron Man helmets specifically, but they do sell various minifigure parts/helmets/hairs. Might be a bit pricier than Bricklink though, I'm not sure.

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
I think it's happened to a few people. Enough for me to have seen a reddit thread about it anyway. Specifically, US/CAD customers who ordered express. Between that and other stories on here, Lego seem to have had a bit of a messy launch

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
Fair, I know once I start I won't want to stop. But yeah, half term. Looking forward to it though! In regards to New Asgard, that Miek head is bizzare. I also wasn't really expecting him to be a minifigure, but I can't deny he looks accurate so far. Korg on the other hand... I still think he should have been a big fig, and I'm not a fan of that head print.

LEGO Star Wars 2021 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
Add me to the list of Rebels > TCWs fans! Despite TBB also being more consistent like Rebels, it hasn't grabbed me yet. So I'm kind of torn with the shuttle. I don't want it, and I'm not even a huge fan of the characters, but I do like their minifigs... And I bet they'll end up quite expensive bought separately. What a conundrum (I know I could just buy the set, take the figures and try and sell the rest but I don't want to go that route)

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
How much time do you think it's taken you so far? I've got a day off on Tuesday so I'm planning on putting on some Spidey films and devoting the day to it. So far all I've done is dug out Daredevil, Punisher and Blade to compare to the rest of my fig collection.

LEGO Star Wars 2021 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
I'm so behind on this thread and only just caught up, so sorry if this is redundant, but these sets look awesome! I've just bought the Marvel D2C so I probably won't buy anything else for a while until I recoup the cost, but I definitely will try to get my hands on those minifigures at some point. Put me down as another person who loves the Trexler. That's a definite buy for me. I also like the charm and simplicity of the Throne Room set. No unnecessary extras wasting bricks or inflating the price. Slave I I'm interested in, but after ToT I may leave it a while to see what the BoBF sets look like (for that awesome Boba and Fennec figs), and see how the build stacks up against prior Slave Is. It's a vehicle that I still don't have but there's a space reserved on my shelf for it I dread to think how much some of these figs will cost second hand though. So yeah, 'I say patience'.

My Bugle arrives in an hour! Very excited. But I'd be more excited if it wasn't half term and I had a proper chance to build it It'll be worth the wait, I'm sure

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
My Bugle's in transit and I ordered the Ethan Hunt torso just before I went away. So glad it looks as good as it does! That top pic especially is like the perfect Punisher imo! There are other comic heroes I'd rather see, but if a comic Guardians set came out I'd probably try and grab the figures at very least. I love Star-Lord's circa 2008 costume, and his more recent 'Grounded' era costume, more than his movie one personally. Basically, as long as they didn't have their Bendis era costumes I'd probably buy them.

Made me panic then (not that I can't wait a bit longer). Still seems to be okay in the UK. I did notice the set selling for £50 over RRP on eBay before it had even come out though

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
When I get back home I can send you some. It's certainly not as grand as the one in that video and still needs refining, but I like how it's turned out this time (I've rebuilt it 4 times now, it was originally just 2 of the 2020 version built together, but every time I have a new idea for it it grows wider and taller ). The tall floors of the Bugle inspired the latest change.

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
That all sounds awesome, I'd love to see it. Using the Bugle for the Metlife is a great idea! I can't afford to buy two, but I've mod'd/moc'd an Avengers tower that is about the same size as the Bugle (I think). Just need to add a base of some sort, met life or otherwise, the curved glass side (under the balcony/landing pad) and fill the interior.

Happy for everyone who got their orders in. Just checked and it's still in stock in the UK - hopefully it stays that way!

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
Yeah, I can kind of see it as a modern college Pete, but it's a much more 'Flash' torso to me. I've never really seen a cheap FFH Peter though so it'll probably be a while before I make the change. I hope not, but I can see it happening tbh, especially considering how many times I've seen the phrase 'best Marvel set ever' thrown around.

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
I really hope the Bugle doesn't sell out straight away. I'm away at the moment and so I was planning to delay my order so it arrives when I'll definitely be home. Also, I was thinking about the conversation we were all having about minifigure changes. I don't have the FFH Peter figure, but if you already had that, I was thinking the new Peter torso might be useful for a purist Flash Thompson? Change the head and hair and its got a varsity jacket look.

Marvel Superheroes 2021 - Rumors & Discussion
Which is good because those are the only ones I have! Haha I thought they would get more use in the Spider-Man line when they were introduced tbh. Pete and Miles always being the same height doesn't sit right with me.
