  1. Wow, that Spiderverse set is beyond great! $40 with 4 figs (2 new characters), and a set which focus more on the building than the car! Anti-Venom set is the only missing. It would be wild if the Spider-man fig in the mech was using the symbiote suit (props to Ashnflash for the idea)
  2. My Cal, Merrin and BD-1 purists, as well as some Haxion Brood members:
  3. Plo Koon's Starfighter is a chance for Wolffe and the wolfpack, right? It is one of the remaining clone troops to be made in the newer style.
  4. My votes are for: 6. BardDandelion 10. Kritch 14. LordDan

These sets look so good, they are basically what most people were expecting in the current wave: larger terrain builds! This wave of sets explains the volcano Easter egg in one the maps. I hope it come to fruition (perhaps without the gimmick, for the sake of a cheaper price). 60692 is great, it is begging for Johnny Thunder to be a part of it!

Of all the jungle sets, 60427 is the best, imo. It has proportionally the mos amount of terrain, the great new tiger piece, Johnny, and the vehicle is not an 4x4, which was my expectation. This vehicle could even be, with a bit of modding, turned into a Space vehicle, for the 2024 space line. It is interesting how LEGO really is investing in terrains which connect through clips in multiple sets. City Jungle, City harbor, and also Star Wars sets in this wave.
  7. A very strong wave, all builds look good, and I even like the builds more than the figs. I like the battlepack tower, set would be perfect with another hydra agent instead of Mark 45. Leviathan set is great, and I like the new capes!
  8. Okay, that is a pretty interesting mech. I was waiting for an all orange one and they go for an "Anime X-Wing Mech"! June sets are good, I like the focus on terrains. And $10 Rex is great too, imo!

Cool, these are my most anticipated sets of the summer! And thanks!
  10. Great job! A very nice display piece!

Are the City Jungle sets also expected to be revealed this week? I cannot find if they are June releases.
  12. It is good to finally have visual confirmation of the Johnny Thunder fig. Great torso and head pieces. I hope that is the case. Tan/dark tan did not work together in the fig. And this leg piece exists, it is the leg piece for the Safari Rescue team for last year sets, so a misplacement is possible. Plain black legs are enough for him, imo. Black legs with pocket prints would be welcome.
  13. Gorilla is great! I hope one of them has silverback printing. Yeah, I would like to see a chameleon reuse. There is potential for so many recolors!
  14. Now that's a tiger! Way better than the last one, imo. Croc is good, and red panda looks bigger than I antecipated. And both red panda and tiger use the new dark orange color! So each set has a single main species. Red panda + Johnny Thunder sounds like a must have for me. Also interested in the tiger set. Let's see if the the other explorers are a task force like 2017 jungle set, or if there are new Adventurers besides Johnny.
  15. Which blue do you think the Superman fig will be? The colors are dark in the photo, but I think regular blue is possible. And preferable, since Cavill Supes was already dark blue.

Do you think either the Red Panda or the Tiger will use the new Dark Orange color? I think it would be fitting for Red Panda. The tiger could use regular orange, imo.
  17. Nice work! If the Lego Movie CMFs counts, there is Apocalypse Benny from TLM2 CMF, which also belongs to the Classic Space Agency. I wonder what is the backstory on the fig from 31111, though: a spyrius looking robot with the Classic Space logo. Was he reformed? Or is he the first of its kind, built by the Classic Space agency intended for good, then later was stolen and reprogrammed by the Spyrius spies?

Great news! Something like 60230, perhaps?

These new space sets look superb to me! I like the different functions and ranks. Blue Pilots, Green Scientists and Yellow Engineers. Interestingly, the three leaders have special features. Blue leader has a constellation tattoo, Green leader has the eye visor, and Yellow leader has a metal arm.
  20. I was not a Space fan but this CMF and the whole range of 2024 Space actually prompted me to delving more into Space. So I think this series might actually have good reach among general audiences. I have just ordered on Bricklink CMF Benny, CMF Space Creature, and CMF Space Police. Regarding the new series, the mutant Blacktron and Insectoid are my favorites. 2024 is a great year to start a Lego Space collection.
  21. My late comments on the sets: - Everything is a bit overpriced, and the X-Jet is very very overpriced; - The NWH expansion pack is my favorite one, and the reused figures are wins for me, which did not buy the big set. Lizard is perfect for me, according the movie design (which is not a very good desing, imo); - My main issue with the X-Jet (besides the price) is that they gave new printed legs for Wolverine. Why? If there is already a superb fig in the CMF, it would be more logical to give plain legs for Wolverine and use the print for Cyclops legs. Magneto looks better with the angry face. That smile does not work for him at all; - The War Machine mech is great (maybe the best mech), but I wonder why didn't they make the mech and the fig based on Iron Patriot Mark 2, from Endgame. A different color scheme, and a fig we never got, and the bulkiest suit in the MCU; - Warbrid is great too. Would be perfect with a third fig: OG Groot with Avatar torso and legs; - Venomized figs are not interesting for me. - My wishlist: a buildable Sentinel figure with Cyclops reuse and a new Jean fig.
  22. Thanks! And thankfully! Indeed, a great set, and I also like Electro's inclusion, since I do not own the larger NWH set, and he is a nice fig imo.
  23. Does Lizard have a tail piece? I can't quite see it.
  24. 3 new sets confirmed by FalconFan: 75386: Mandalorian Bunker ($39.99, 289p) 75390: X-wing Pilot Luke Mech ($15.99) 75391: Captain Rex's Y-wing Microfighter ($12.99, 99p)
