  1. I can see Lego making Yavin IV an Assault on Hoth -like set with bunch of little scenes without a unifying platform. But that sounds nothing like the MBS sets we have seen so far, so I wouldn't bet on that assumption.
  2. Great Dark Trooper set! Just amazing! At first glance I thought it was a MOC (in a good way) but it's an actual set with three cool identical (!) figures!
  3. Very nice indeed! That legendary logo in real brick form, what more could you wish for?
  4. Incredible mocs and photos as always. Looking forward to the updates!
  5. Yeah, especially when we got new ugnaughts before the show (in the chamber in 2016 and in the Cloud City MBS). But I guess we are likely to see a set with him than with offworld jawas. I have spoken.
  6. Well done! Love the action packed scene as well as a peaceful one. Appreciate it that you left some space for desert in your diorama, it looks better than it’s too crowded (even for oriental bazaar)

    Wow, those legs! Most impressive!

That's a lot of creative stuff! Outstanding snow in different forms and icicles (?). Wish we got a set with such attention to snow alone. Appreciate the idea of such a lovely Santa's place!
  9. UCS Luke's Landspeeder still sounds like a joke to me, just can't believe it's actually going to happen. We witnessed Lego's obsession with this vehicle in recent years and after they had the courage not to put it in the MBS Mos Eisley they apparently decided to make this UCS Landspeeder. I have my doubts about it's future success... I think they should make something really astonishing out of this idea to make even die-hard OT fans buy it. What can it be? Not a motorised version for sure as it is a 200$ set (and you still can't really motorise a flying vehicle with simple tools) Some cool technics? To be honest a UCS speeder bike would be more exciting if we're limited to small vehicles from OT.
  10. I like this nostalgic vibe! It’s an interesting idea itself to make mods for 24-year-old sets like this one. It really celebrates lego’s continuity.
  11. I can’t even express how happy I was when I saw that this project had been finally approved by Lego! Yeah, these sitcom sets are getting old but this one must be worth waiting for. I hope so.
  12. Wow, that’s really a serious difference between UK and other markets. At first I thought it must have something to do with Brexit, but as has been pointed out it’s really not the first time. But then again, how can we compare purchasing power of an average Lsw afol from UK and from EU or US? I’m sure they take it into consideration as well
  13. It looks armored alright! Nice idea, love the secret machine gun!

Wow, great model! Very neat as the TIE-fighter should be.
  15. But Rancor is supposed to be far bigger than a reindeer, so perhaps they can make it work if use the right technics. I have my doubts and do believe that mould one with some small parts brick built is the best choice here.
  16. Great display! It was worth it! It’s funny how all you on the photo are in a sand-colored t-shirts, or is it just a coincidence? Jabba’s palace reminded me of one level in the cw videogame, there also was the hangar with the old barge…
  17. Nicely done! As have already mentioned it’s remarkable that you’ve managed to make a great exterior as well as a great interior. There will definitely be things to compare between your moc and 2021 version!
  18. It took us a decade to get a new UCS set from prequel era, so I wonder how lond we would wait to see an MBS set based on prequels. Yeah, the first one might be the Geonosian arena set or the Jedi Temple but I can see that being a podrace set with stands, some vehicles, different podracers, Jabba etc. There is a lot of action involved and there could be tons of good minifigures as were in the cantina though not that famous ones
  19. Agree 100% Seems like the representation of the reimagination idea, the core idea in lego world. An old lego movie ("The Fastest and Funniest LEGO Star Wars story ever told") comes to mind but this project depicts our beloved movie witch such attention to detail, it's so much cooler. Bravo, that was really impressive... most impressive.
  20. Especially love this one! We had a hint on that scene in the old set (because of minifigs) but an actual location with a rotating Gonk droid sounds great and terrifying as well!
  21. This is great project, can't stress that enough. I've been following your progress on other sites and it amazes me how much you've put into it. ESB is the forever classic, I love this movie as much as many others and I think your photos do a pretty good job celebrating that movie and SW in general!
  22. Wow, it's so smooth! I almost thought it's not lego :)
  23. The asymmetry is perfectly reflected here, as it must be not an easy model to make. Good job!
  24. Wow, that's impressive. Nice cannon you gave it!
  25. Wow, I think you are onto something here. Sounds like something that TLG can do. And I am not sure whether it is a good or bad thing.
