  1. Roadhog and Junkrat's motorcycle is a mandatory set (I'm even surprised that it wasn't in the first wave, since they made a perfect body for Roadhog in one of the Sons of Garmadon set):
  2. EDIT: Wrong thread.
  3. Thank you! This one is, as close as possible, in minifig scale. I've been thinking how Lego pull it off, and I think they'd do a bigger one as D.Va or Rein, but with a system to deploy all legs at the same time. That's not so hard to do, and it could be really could. Thanks!
  4. Hammond is the 28th hero of Overwatch. It's a genetically enhanced hamster that drives a mech called Wrecking Ball. The mech can translate what Hammond says, turn into a ball and use an arsenal of weapons like quad-cannons, mines and a shield generator. Lego Wrecking Ball from Overwatch MOC by hachiroku24, en Flickr I used a teddy bear piece for Hammond. Maybe it's not the best way to do it, but I think it works very well. 5. Mercy is 37 years old. She's a veteran but not so veteran.
  6. If there is a summer wave at this point, it shouldn't depend on the sales of the winter wave, right? Anyway, I think these sets will sell like hot cakes. Almost all of my friends that have played the game at some point (I must say that most of my friends are fan of Blizzard, including myself) are interested in the sets. Especially the D.Va and Reinhardt set and the Tracer and Widow set. Coincidentally, they aren't interested in the Watchpoint Gibraltar set, but they really want the Mercy minifigure (and they don't care about the face print tho). I will probably try Tallie Lintra's head, but I will keep the official one:
  7. As I said in the Overwatch thread, they should have used a regular flesh head instead of a black one with a p`rinted face. The black piece of the neck isn't so noticeable in the original character:
  8. Oh, true, that's another funny point of that set. It would have been cooler with just a modern rally Mini Countryman. But instead of that, they made a bigger one, with bigger wheels that is probably even more expensive than a smaller one :S PS: The R/T logos of the Charger are printed too. The GT3 is really underrated because it came with the classic 911 and most of people see it as "the other car they had to sell with the cool one", but is easily one of the best SC cars they made.
  9. Why do you say that? Is there any review of the Gibraltar set? EDIT: Oh, right, the Solid Brix video from the Blizzcon, I forgot about that. I think they should've put a regular head instead a black one. Yes, Mercy has that black thing in the neck, but it isn't so remarkable:
  10. The windscreens of the Mini Cooper are printed. That's a really nice surprise.
  11. I'd say it's medium nougat, but it may be dark orange too. I'm not 100% sure. By the way, I saw the official picture again and Genji has the metallic chest. I don't know why it looks brown in the brickset's photo: The brick fan review has Genji with a brownish/silver chest: LEGO Overwatch Hanzo vs. Genji (75971) by Allen Tran, en Flickr
  12. I know, and that's the Lego style and I like it very much. That's not what I mean. I've seen custom minifigures with a molded head really close to the original and I don't like them neither because they look disproportionated in a Lego body. My problem with Genji's helmet is that it's too big even for the Lego style. The top part of the helmet is that it's even wider than the body. I've tweaked a little the minifig with photoshop. I made the top part of the helmet 10 pixels slimmer (the jaw is the same size in both minifigs) and changed the brown parts of the chest to silver metallic. Maybe it's almost unnoticable, but it has improved a lot to me (mine is the left one):
  13. I thought the same, but in the anime, he looks really big: But the set is avaible even in Spain: https://shop.lego.com/es-ES/product/Observatorio-Gibraltar-75975 I really can't see where this came up from. I'm feeling the same way. I will buy them because I'm a fanboy of Overwatch and lego, and the idea of having Overwatch minifigures is enough for me. But I'm starting to see things I don't like. For example, Genji: 75971 Hanzo vs. Genji by Brickset, en Flickr The helmet is too big, the brown colour is wrong and the chest pieces should be metallic/silver instead of a darker brown. Same goes for Reinhardt. At this moment, I prefer the minifigure with the small hammer than the big meka, that looks too big and bulky (specially the legs). D.Va is really great, and the UCS Bastion too. I don't know, maybe I'm overanalyzing them a little
  14. Doomfist's cybernetic arm. It's a rocket punch, but he uses it to move quickly too. Roadhog's hook, Junkrat's tire... Roadhog's hook looks simple, but he could be a big minifigure with a brick built winch on his back, to pull it in. There is a lot of playable stuff to make about this game (but Reinhardt has the coolest weapon tho).
  15. Thank you all! I made a small clip showing only the gadgets:
  16. I know, it's too big and the wheels are a little very disproportionate but I wanted to use that specific way to make the front grille, that shape for the rear part, etc and 6 studs wide seemed the best choice.
  17. Maybe it's a Mopar Charger :D But what you said it's true. I made a Charger a couple of times and I always saw it weird: The wheels should be within the body. Maybe in my MOC that problem isn't so noticeable since the body is a little more wider than 6 studs (because of the curved tiles at the sides), but the problem is still there. PS: I'm still intrigued with the mudguards of the classic Mini. I can't figure out if they are new pieces or not.
  18. Does the classic Mini have new mudguards? They look like sausages but there is no way to put them that way.
  19. By the way, there is a 1x1 plate in the sides with the Ferrari logo in the lateral. If I'm not wrong, that can't be a sticker.
  20. I made it for the Bond contest in Lego Ideas. It has the front machine guns, the rear window bulletproof screen and the ejector seat: Lego 007's Aston Martin DB5 with working gadgets by hachiroku24, en Flickr Lego 007's Aston Martin DB5 with working gadgets by hachiroku24, en Flickr Video using the gadgets and building the car: List of bricks: Lego 007's Aston Martin DB5 with working gadgets by hachiroku24, en Flickr
  21. I got today the Great Hall, and added it to the Whomping Willow set. I really hope they keep releasing more parts of the castle to have a full one.
  22. " Since set 75975 will first be available in the US" I guess that all of the sets will be avaible on Jan 1st in Europe too and they've just said this because it's already avaible in the US for preorder, but who knows.
  23. I find weird that we will have only two villains, but except that, I'm really happy with the sets. Even with the "UCS" Bastion (I wasn't expecting something like that).
  24. I'm still convinced Reinhardt will be a regular minifig. It had the armour printed in the torso. Maybe it comes with a build of the suit, but I don't know... I think the best of option is still the Axl's torso from NK.
