I am hoping that Lego will make either the Asylum or Knight Batmobile. If Asylum, then I'd of course like Batman and Joker. If Knight then I guess Batman and the Arkham Knight (with Firefly helmet and a printed red hood face underneath or something).

With my ideas I wanted to try and create a series 2 list that would be liked by as many DC fans as possible. I created these ideas with the fans in mind (these are things I really want to, among other characters/sets/locations) and tried to come up with sets that would be fun and creative. The GCPD was clearly modelled (in my mind from the bottom up) after Daily Bugle with the most amount of references and unique characters as possible. Daily Bugle featured a nice combination of exsisting minifigs with civilians and some new faces. I just wanted to try and follow that format and include characters I hoped others would like to see. These are just my ideas and not something that fans have to like. Looking at other posts it's clear that fans want other characters not included in my ideas and that's both acceptable and great. I hope to see something like these sets released next year or the near future.

Another idea Was GCPD on the scale of 76178 Daily Bugle. Price would be same or similar as 76178 Daily Bugle. Ground level: Far left corner would contain a Gotham Gizette newstand. News articles would reference; Superman, Lex Luthor for president, Brother eye invasion and Lucius Fox appointed as new CEO of Wayne Enterprises. Left side of the building would have Riddler graffiti. Right side of the building would have Joker face graffiti with the text; "HA-HA-HA Jokes on you Batman!" and Harley graffiti reading; "Harley and Mista J 4evr." Backside of the building would have an exit door with a dumpster next to it and a parking spot for a squad car and pipes sticking out of the building. The front facade would include a few steps leading up to the front doors with two grey hooded statues holding a spear and a lantern. The interior includes two large desks with lamps and a mug sitting on each one. There's a suspended monitor with a GCN report being delivered by Jack Ryder reporting on a plant monsters attacking Gotham. Theres a wall of wanted posters for; Joker, Harley, Black Mask, Hush, Zsasz and Clayface. Beneath the wanted posters is a rack of handcuffs and hand radios. Second level: Backside includes a sign for the Iceberg Lounge and Court of Owl graffitiand scaffolding. On the left side is a fire escape. On the Right side is a partially faded "Vote for Dent" poster. On the front facade is a large flat round plate with the GCPD sign on it. Scaffolding wraps around the upper right side of the building with ventilation ducts attached to them. The interior includes three prison cells with a rack for a mop, bucket and keys. Each cell has a toilet and bed. In one cell are tally marks, another one has question marks on it. Third level: Backside includes an Anarky billboard that read; "Expose the truth!" and scaffolding. The left side continues the fire escape. On the right side is an add for Arkham Asylum. Scaffolding wraps around the upper right side with ventilation ducts attached to them. On The front facade is three large windows with one broken window that has vines growing out of it and a rope hanging down. The interior includes a room of confiscated items including; Joker's chattering teeth, Joker "bang!" gun, Harley's sledge hammer, Riddler Trophy (Arkham games), whip, Mad Hatter's Top hat, umbrella, coin and sword. Fourth level: A ledge wraps around this level. Scaffolding wraps around the right side with ventilation ducts attached to them. Pipes come in and out of the backside of the building mixed with scaffolding and an AC unit. Left side finishes off fire escape. Front facade has three large windows with four flagpoles beneath them with GCPD banners hanging from them. Interior includes Gordon's office with the red telephone on a cabinet on the left side. Above the phone is a yellow poster that reads; "Keep calm and call Batman." Right side of the room contains a crime board linking several villains and crimes together. Gordon's Desk has wanted posters and a mug and lamp. On the corner is a picture of Barbara and Dick. Rooftop: The left side includes the batsignal that lights up. The right side includes a small radio antenna and a door leading back inside. On every corner of the roof are gargoyles. Vehicles included: Batcopter and Gordon's squad car. Everything above that I posted last night is just ideas I had. They are NOT ideas I had for my own personal collection but rather ideas I had based on the wish lists and dreams of other DC Collectors and kids. I wanted to include as many unique minifigures in the series 2 wish list and new heroes/villains in the Justice League sets. The Batman sets were meant to include remodeled versions of the 2006 Bat vehicles. I wanted to come up with lists of sets that I hoped would (until I can come up with a second wave with more characters/vehicles I know people want) entertain and please collectors and kids alike. There are MANY more heroes and villains I would like to include in a third series wish list and sets but I'll post those ideas later when I have then sorted out. I hope whoever sees my ideas enjoys the thought and continues to dream big. For some reason, a lot of ideas I've seen on this forum and other ideas I HAVEN'T posted seem to be made into real sets by Lego (eventually) so hang in there and keep dreaming! Batman sets: *GCPD Breakout Description: There's trouble in Gotham City! The Joker has escaped from the GCPD and it's up to Batman and his allies to catch him. Build the Batcopter and fly into battle! Builds: GCPD building with Riddler Graffiti on left side. Joker Graffiti and "Harley & Mr. J" Graffiti is scrawled on right side. first floor includes two desks with wanted posters and a rack for handcuffs and walkies. Second floor includes two prison cells and a room full of confiscated items from other villains. Third floor includes Gordon's office with large desk. Desk has picture of Barbara and Dick and a lamp. Build the Batcycle and ride into action! Builds: Batcycle with stud shooters. The Joker's truck (DC Super Villains) with drop panels on sides of truck that reveal missile shooters. Minifigures: Batman with batarangs, Robin with staff, Joker with chattering teeth (x2) and Clayface (big figure from DC Super Villains). *Bat-Jet ski: Copperhead's Crusher Description: Join Batman as he drives the bat-jet ski into the swamps outside Gotham to defeat the poisonous Copperhead and the monstrous Solomon Grundy. Justice League table included in build. Bat-shuttle built similar to the one from Lego Batman 3. Steppenwolf chariot designed in his color scheme with skull emblem on front. Minifigures: Batman with batarangs, Superman, Black Canary (Rebirth), Steppenwolf (New 52) with battle axe and Parademon with stud shooter. *Daily Planet Ambush Description: Metropolis needs it's heroes to fly in and save the day! Really? I personally (it's just my own opinion) LOVE this Captain Marvel over the one that came with the Aveng-jet set. The hair is an easy replace and the helmet is sweet (and at least they had the decency to mold a new piece for a Marvel character (especially a comic book themed character). I would prefer comic book themed Marvel figs in any variant at this point than MCU characters (unless there was a special 10 Years of Marvel MCU CMF series). At the same time too, I'd also love more Batman sets with new characters (Or Rebirth variants of the Bat-family).

Well in 2016 when Suicide Squad came out, Lego made Batman sets including (some first timers) Harley, Deadshot, Croc, Boomerang and Katana. Even if we don't get a lot of Batman sets this year (nothing is set in stone right now) hopefully if nothing else the Harley minifigure will be new. Last years Arkham Harley had a new face/hair design so maybe that'll be used on this years minifigure. Given the amount of minifigures that came with sets between 2018-19 and how many of them are based (not just off comic book designs) on the way they were designed for Lego DC Super villains, the Burnside Batgirl design could be Lego's next upgrade/variant. Most of the Justice League/Injustice League/Batman rogues between 2018-19 are based on DC Rebirth or some more modern design.

3-4 Batman sets seems pretty reasonable. 2014- 4 sets. 2015- 2 sets. 2016-4 sets. 2017- Lego Batman Movie. 2018-3 sets. 2019-80th anniversary. Just hoping for 2-3 entirely new characters OR at the very least some variants of the birds of prey/robin/nightwing/batgirl. Just a thought.

Am i the only one who'd like to see the Iron Venom helmet or the new skullkin heads used for Black Mask (not that i would mind a printed head)? The helmet would also work for a new Deathstroke minifigure. Firefly's helmet would also work for an Arkham Knight minifigure too. just some ideas i wanted to get off my mind
