  1. My only complaint with the set is that it comes with Eomer. It's a bit weird to have a named character for a set that you may buy multiple times to build up an army (and the walls of Helm's Deep!).
  2. It's awesome to see that you got the necessary votes (I sure voted!). I'm a bit soured on the whole thing though, seeing as the last two big fan things got turned down for rather silly reasons. I'm sure they'll point to the saloon and deny the set based on that. But I've been told I'm a cynic.
  3. On the other hand, the lady is just some random driver character rather than one of the centerpiece figures for the set, so... I'm not even sure why I dislike the way Iron Man looks. His helmet is big and goofy, but so is the helmets for all the Star Wars figures. But I look at a Stormtrooper or Boba Fett and am okay with how they look, but then look at Iron Man and recoil in horror. At the very least I wish they'd pack in that head from the Toyfair Iron Man. Oh well. Really, who cares about Iron Man or Wolverine or anyone else because we're getting a Deadpool minifigure and that's all that matters.
  4. Crazy question, but would this connect with the King's Castle? The end parts look like they could plug in with the castle, at any rate. I wonder how they'd look merged...
  5. On the one hand, I get that and it makes some sense. On the other hand, 50 dollars!! The Alien Conquest Jet-Copter Encounter has more than a hundred pieces more for $10 less, as an example. The UFO Abduction has 50 pieces or so less (but a light-up brick, I suppose!), and it's a whole $20 less. The triceratops is nice, but yeesh.
  6. At least John Hammond was somewhat smart enough to build his park of dinosaurs on an island 120 miles from the coast...
  7. I'd say it's closer to the War For Cybertron figure.
  8. As a huge Transformers fan, this is both awesome to see and a little bit annoying. Annoying because A) Lego didn't get the license for Transformers and B) because the Kre-O sets are so bloody bad. They don't even transform!
  9. Skimmed through the thread and I didn't see anything, but could someone show me a picture of the Mill Village Raid and the Medieval Market near each other? I'm curious as to how well they blend together...
  10. I just started playing Total War: Shogun 2, so those pictures make me extra happy. They basically look like a small force from the game! There's nothing quite as awesome as a big group of minifigures...
  11. Please let this be reality. It'd make up a bit for having Starcraft and World of Warcraft go to Megablocks... :(

That is awesome. Makes me even sadder that they're doing those Transformers Kre-O Megablox stuff when we could have that. :(
