Wow nice. *wub* But where are the studded beams. >:-( One would hope TLG would have that in their models also next year but i don't see a single one. *n* Nor do there appear to be any suspension. If the model is real then TLG looks to be just recycling an old design (8466) and adding PF which would be nice was it only to have more functions. Instead we get we a set that has nothing new except PF. Then again if it is real it at least shows that TLG is pushing for PF unless of course that set is the only technic set with PF just like the bulldozer. In a few months we'll know for sure. :'-)

Actually it's the same article that was published in brickjournal only the layout has changed. I ran it through altavista and the more i read the more i recognized it. But that's good for people like my who don't know french. I know i'm repeating myself (for the archives) but the faq over at lego.com has info that the adapter cables will be available through S@H september 1st.

Things change from one day to the next. Today when looking at the technic FAQ over at TLG customer support i noticed that it says that the cables will be out on september 1st. Which hopefully means they'll be out sooner just like the bulldozer. :'-)

You posted as i was typing. :-P Anyways lego rarely goes on sale here in sweden and if it does it's usually the smaller sets. I didn't by any sets last year and the year before only the the 8421 so there's no point for me to hunt whatever small sale i can find. This year i bought motion power solely due to a need for a steering motor, didn't want to use BL and as of now it'll be the bulldozer. The ferris wheel looks really cool but i have no habit of displaying my models so i'll hold for now. I'm not gonna wait for those cables since they'll prolly not show this year and we will have to see next year what sets will be out and if they will carry the cables. If philo is correct with TLC making PF the standard then we'll see many sets with that next year and prolly some adapter sets as well.

I'll prolly wait for the ferris wheel and dino to be on sale but im not waiting on the bulldozer. I haven't gotten any reply in lugnet yet.

How long did you have to wait before you bought it.

The bulldozer is now available trough S@H in sweden so it should be that for other countries as well. The question now is, when will those adapter cables be out. For that i looked up a thread on lugnet about PF, the only one it would seem. My question is here. Come friday i'll order it, get my salary then. 4 tough days then i have to wait for shipping as well. :'-( But then it'll be mine. :'-) Unfortunately to build it i have to clean my desktop or find some other place to sit. :-/

But at least it's good for the environment seeing as it's prolly powered by electric motors, *y* unlike those big polluting beast used to haul spaceships around. :-P

I'm just speculating, nothing solid. And with the bird gone it'll stay that way. :-(

I feel so stupid at times, i mean why ask if the cables are included with the bulldozer when i've read the inventory several times and not seen any mentioning of it. *sad* Bricklink has no info on them either so obviously they are not out yet. :-(

Just yesterday i found out what you mean, you're talking about brickley words right? I have seen the links on brickset for some time but didn't think to check them out but yesterday i did and spent some time with the monster dino and ferris wheel. If the bulldozer was in the database it would be listed here so those who own the set find those numbers and post them. ;-) For a part list look here. ;-)

I myself use Totem, untill i converted them. You missunderstodd me. I thought that DB24 thought that i hadn't watched to clip which i had, but i still wanted to have it offline just in case it gets removed or so or at least to save me from having to go there to watch it. I'm searching now and just found another one, this time from 1989 about the auto chassis, the predecessor to the Supercar. *sweet*

Still 50/50 with 14 votes. Looks like i made the score go tied. :-P And the cars where fantastic so they (it) got my vote.

My thought is that bionicle should be a sub forum to non-system themes since most posts in that forum is about bionicle and it can't be compared to technic. Besides i know that there are people who couldn't care less about technic, just like i feel about B but i'm getting tired of seeing threads that seem to be speculations about the storyline. Separate bionicle so the forum gets less crowded, or move it all to BZP as others suggest
