This is so brilliant. I've been looking for something like this for a while. Thanks so much!!!
  4. So clean - the side by side to the original really does this justice. Amazing execution.
  5. Really nice. How about some more pics :)

Are you serious? I mean there's overly sensitive and then there's let's form a support group and sing Kumbaya sensitive. I think the comment was apt and not rude at all. Amazing MOC. The forest scenery is excellent, but agree that the long clear piece seems out of place.
  7. Really cool. I like the piping work on the wall and the tiled floor
  8. Really impressive. You've managed to capture the aesthetic appeal of this ship incredibly well. The smaller configuration also looks great.
  9. This looks great. Nice way to make your return to Lego.
  10. Fantastic detail. These all look great

I'm not the biggest fan of y-wings, but this rendition is a real head turner. The rear view of the engines looks very bada**!

Thanks marksman556 and rockpig. Used both of these solutions and they worked like a charm. Good to know it was a matter of a workaround rather than something I was doing completely wrong.

Hi All, I've been building the Monarch and thoroughly enjoying the design, techniques, and instructions. I am at the engines part and have run into a snag that I could use some help with. A black axle is used to connect the death star half to the engine assembly and then a small dish is supposed to attach to it. My problem is that the hole of the dish is too small to fit over the axle. I have the correct parts, and have been following the instructions to the "t". Has anyone else experienced this, or am I doing something stupid?
  14. This is coming along really nicely. The SNoT techniques in real bricks look great, and I like the details you have been able to capture in the engines.

Amazing work. The details in the Victory Class Star Destroyer and the Assault Frigate Mark I are truly impressive.
  16. This would fit right in to the OT. Great way to re-purpose an incomplete set.
  17. Looks great - you've somehow managed to capture the motion and speed of the scene.

All three are amazing with some really impressive techniques. My favorite is the sail barge vignette - love how you've used minifigure hair for the bantha body

    This looks great. Nicely done.
  20. Looks great and the single stand is an impressive achievement for an ISD of this size and weight. Looking forward to seeing the vid.
  21. Looks good. How big is this?
