  1. That's brilliant! I a actually watching the series now over on Netflix and I instantly recognized it. Excellent work!
  2. Another great way to put those monkeys to use! The Captain Hook headpiece actually looks better then I would imagine
  3. That's a nice looking castle, I love the irregular shape! You've used mostly easy brick stacking techniques and this just shows what can be done in that way.
  4. Another fine looking ship! I do think the cabin needs some sort of roof? And I really hope you start making some of thee in real brick, I'd love to see if it all works out.
  5. Beautiful work! The level of detail is great and the interiors look really nice, but my favourite part has to be the backside garden with the victorian greenhouse. Well done!
  6. Great review Jim! I also like the looks of it and voted above average. I do wonder what that prototype looked like, I haven't seen it?
  7. Thank you for all the nice replies! Don't you know it. The roof are 1x1 tiles actually, but yes, it was fun especially since I first had another version. It is made of these, wit ha few plate 1x2 with rail at the top. It's hard to say.... I actually started a few years ago, but then I had to sell the house and put the project in storage for almost a year. I finished it somewhere last year actually just in time for Brickmania Antwerp. So all in all I would say several months, but I don't continuously build of course.
  8. Wouldn't the newer 3x6x2 windscreen work? Wouldn't the newer 3x6x2 windscreen work?
  9. That is a great model of the 'ol bluesmobile! I do think the roof could look better if it were 1 or 2 plates higher.

I think I like this one the best of your cars, really sleek ride and the red really makes it stand out. Well done!
  11. That looks great, are you planning on finishing it?
  12. I see you have quite the town going on there Phred, I like the rich colonial feel your buildings have! I'd also like to see a shot of all your builds put together, or is that too soon?
  13. Shape wise this is quite a neat ship, though the colour scheme looks a bit pixeled to me. I also think you should read up on masts and rigging for your next build. But it is a nice addition to the fleet!

What a creative build, great use of parts. I love it!
  15. Very neat warehouse, I like it! Apart from the colours this could easily be here in Amsterdam.
  16. Neatly build ratbike, I really like the looks of it! I do think the paint on the gastank looks a bit too new, it could do with a few rust pits.

Brilliant vintage tractor design, I like it a lot and your picture skills are also admirable!
  18. That looks like a cozy village, neat design on those tents! I do wonder why the fence has such an open structure, it doesn't seem to be defending much?
  19. She turned out really nice for such a quick build! Though the colour scheme is somewhat strange, it works rather nicely. Your new rigging also looks good, though it could be tightened a little better (it looks a little messy now). I do think the curve on the side is a bit heavy and could look better were it more straight.
  20. That's a creative remake of the set, I love the stance of the van!
  21. Thank you for all the kind words, I really appreciate it! I think the waterline might look too low from the pictures, but it is an illusion. Everything is proportioned exactly like the replica ship. In the cut away picture you can see where the waterline is, just above the first black beam. Dutch ships were made to sail in shallow waters, something you might not see on other nation's ships. It is a shame you didn't get a chance to visit her, but I still haven't visited her either and she is really close to here too. I do still plan on visiting and do some comparison.
  22. Thank you for the nice words guys! I do hope you read the original MOC thread too, that answers all the questions raised here.
  23. I totally wasn't expecting that when I read your title. Well done!
  24. Great creation and wonderful idea! The little scenes just show what you can do with a bit of creativity, well done!
  25. Harr, yargh! Err....I mean hello good friends of BOBS! Here is my new ship, La Santa Catalina: Captain Green Hair and some of Eslandola's finest are ready on deck to go get some booty: More about this model can be read here, I will license her as a 3T2. She does have different flags and a different name in that topic though.
