  1. Is their a reason you are trolling me? Also you should take your own advice when creating a moc. Didn't you paint lego pieces that LEGO never released? Hypocritical? I'd say so. Follow your own advice. And as far as me having a good day, we both know (as well as anyone who reads this) that you're being a sarcastic *****.
  2. Thanks for the Feedback Anio! I think there's a reason people have stayed away from building a scaled up version of the AT-ST. The weight is incredibly unbalanced due to the nature of the vehicle. Even with that being so, early on I decided to use gravity to my advantage which helped create a more menacing pose.I believe I succeeded in doing that (please see the last photo). However, I know LEGO purist wouldn't like how much stress that puts on the bricks so I decided the simplest solution was to incorporate a stand. I don't consider that a shortcut. I also don't consider it "convenient" as you put it. While I welcome any criticism on my work, the only issue I take with yours is implying I did it for convenience and then comparing my work to an official LEGO set of 2006 that weight 3.7 lbs and consist of 1068 parts compared to the 3397 pieces required to build mine. I don't think that's an apples to apples comparison. I went for detail and accuracy where LEGO went for playability. I to am anxious to see how a UCS AT-ST set would be translated. I love your work Anio. I've followed you for a while. Like you, there are mocs I would have built differently. But I would never imply any MOC designer took a shortcut or didn't work incredibly hard on something because of how they chose to build something. You could have stopped with "I don't like the stand". You instead insult my work ethic.
  3. UCS All Terrain Scout Transport (AT-ST) As featured in the The Return of the Jedi and Empire Strikes Back • by Corey Schaaf | BrickWars.net I started on this project in January of 2024. It's always my goal to try to build something that hasn't been attempted before. However, the AT-ST has been designed numerous times by the LEGO group. When I tackle something, my goal isn't for playability, but rather displayability. What makes this design so challenging is the front weight of the cockpit. While this build can stand on it's own (gravity gives it a much more menacing firing pose). I wasn't comfortable with the stress on the bricks. Because of this, I developed a clear stand. I must say, at first I thought it would detract from the build, but the details with the Forest Moon of Endor, coupled with the scale of the build, makes it blend in nicely. Like most builds, sometimes we have to sacrifice some screen accuracy for stability. In reality, the legs hinge like an accordion off the base. To achieve a similar result, I cheated and didn't leave any separation between the legs. I still created the look of the accordion connections, which enabled me to bridge the legs together for more stability. I once again worked with a manufacturer for a custom case (BrixBox.ltd), in addition to my signature Printed UCS Plaques and unique serialized tiles as well as UCS Stickers. Pieces: 3,797 + 3 Minifigs Weight: 122.8 oz | 7.7lbs Width: 33.5 cm | 13.2 in Length: 36.7 cm | 14.5 in Height: 43.6 cm | 18.2 in Estimated Part Costs: $490-$580 Only 250 copies of my manual were printed. At the time of this writing, 117 copies have been sold. If you're interested, I would encourage you to visit https://BrickWars.net/moc-bw4001. You can find all the details and specifications on my website. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! You can also give me a follow me on https://www.instagram.com/brickwarsnet/ as well.
  4. Just letting everyone know that pre-orders are open to everyone now. 64 of 150 copies have already been spoken for. https://brickwars.net/moc-bw3001
  5. Thank you! I'm glad you appreciate the hard work. To be honest, I spend just as much time on the manual as I do the design of the MOC. I want people to have the best build experience possible and also have an amazing rare moc at the same time. I'm a web ux/ui designer so I'm very familiar with publishing tools and the print process.
  6. Thank you. My first MOC I ever put together was by Star Bricks. I love his print instructions and his build so much I wanted to match his quality when doing my own custom work.
  7. Thanks for the compliment Teddy. I think there are so many talented designers out there; it's often hard to find something that hasn't been done before - or done before incredibly well. Speeder bikes are usually simple and done at minifig scale. When I saw the Book of Boba Fett, there was a side profile shot that had so much detail, I figured it was the perfect MOC to scaleup. It's was a lot of fun building. I'm a designer by trade so I'm very familiar with publishing tools. I did my other build of the Resistance Troop Transport Ship in the exact same way.
  8. UCS Kintan Strider Speeder Bike As featured in the Book of Boba Fett • by Corey Schaaf | BrickWars.net It's been fun putting this build together. I've worked with so many different people on executing this project. From working with a manufacturer for a custom case, to my signature Printed UCS Plaques, the unique serialized tiles that's different for every build, to the UCS Stickers from a company in the UK - to the final print production of my Limited Edition UCS Instruction manual — I can just about call this one complete. Pieces: 2,285 + 2 Minifigs Weight: 71.5 oz | 4.7lbs Width: 57.6 cm | 22.7 in Length: 25.6 cm | 10.1 in Height: 24.8 cm | 9.7 in Estimated Part Costs: $375-$450 My manual is built in the same way my original UCS instruction manual for the Resistance Troop Transport ship was designed but in a much smaller print run. Only 150 copies of my manual will be available. Email subscribers will be notified when the pre-sale starts, so if you're interested, I would encourage you to visit https://BrickWars.net/moc-bw3001 and signup via the email link at the bottom of the page. You can find all the details and specifications on my website for this build at https://brickwars.net/moc-bw3001. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! You can also give me a follow me on https://www.instagram.com/brickwarsnet/ as well. New Video of MOC Just added
  9. I've built this bomber as well. It is in fact minifig scale according to Mirko. The wiki says it's 29.67 Meters (which I'm assuming is length and not height). https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/MG-100_StarFortress_SF-17 Based on that, if you use the stud converter scale here: http://studs.sariel.pl/ and enter the measurements of 29.67 Meters as your start, and then adjust the scale to be what Mirko's length of the ship is built (74.8cm), you'll see the scale is around 1:40th which is in close enough range to be considered minifig scale. The UCS Falcon for example is 1:44 - 1:46 I believe.
  10. MOC-HUNTER + (ALT HEAD BUILD) My third release in the buildable figure series from The Bad Batch. The scale of the figure is the same as my other MOCs of Tech and Crosshair. Both the helmet and alternate head version are done in the same scale as the official buildable Harry Potter buildable figures by LEGO. Creating Hunter's signature mullet was a bit difficult but I'm happy with how it turned out. The helmet version features a similar build style to crosshair with a different layering style to capture his unique helmet style. Echo and Wrecker are in the works with the possibility of a surprise figure. Instructions are available on BrickWars.net or follow me on Instagram for more original creations. Specifications for Helmet version + Alt Head Build Pieces: 1,655 Weight: 41.3oz | 2.58lbs Width: 19 cm | 7.5 in Length: 20.5 cm | 8.1 in Height: 27.4 cm | 10.8 in Estimate Part Costs: $170 - $200 Alternate Head build using custom UV printed parts on genuine LEGO pieces. Group Image with Alt Head of Hunter Group Image with Helmet Version of Hunter Upgraded Gear System The upgraded internal gear system allows arms and legs to be posable. If you plan on posing the legs, it may be necessary to attach the feet to a plate as the weight of the backpack and knives can change the center of gravity. The Clone force 99 Shoulder pads can be removed for more additional range of motion. While the helmet version of Hunter does rotate almost 280 degrees, the alternative build of the head has minimal movement due to the thickness of the neck. Custom Printed Clone Force 99 Emblems for Shoulder Pads. Details of Hunter's Signature Bandana (giving off some Rambo vibes). Sample Instructions Professionally produced, high resolution, step-by-step instructions of Hunter from Star Wars The Bad Batch. Custom printed face, Clone Force 99 emblems and skull bandana are included with the alternate build of Hunter. Instructions available at BrickWars.net
  11. Thank you so much for posting pics! I really hope you enjoyed the build. You mentioned the very last steps (373 and 347) and you are correct. I must have inadvertently changed the order. I'll be sure to update the pdf so others don't have a similar experience. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I also, did double check the steps, and it does show all three pieces. I will however modify the angle so it is more noticeable and less confusing. Thanks again!
