  1. Hi, Do you have a tip to disassemble the tracks without breaking track sleepers little pins ? Perhaps it's simply because the plastic is too old? Thanks ;)
  2. Our photos from this saturday :)

Indeed I found this messy auction on eBay : Back at home, I checked al the parts and the box contains : A 7735 almost complete with his motor, a LOT of tracks, 1 road crossing, 2 manual points, 1 crossing, 1 remote controlled signal, 1 transformer. Except dust, all parts are in very good condition for… 60€ So my 7740 is now up and running Missing only a few pieces now…
  5. Voilà :)
  6. I found that by Legojeff and I'm currently doing the same : Ikea Ribba extra deep frame 52x52 cm + 105 white brick 2x2 + glue :
  7. I bought some second hand LEGO on eBay this week-end and I received a green baseplate with this text : "Use your imagination and no more than 25 LEGO elements". The text is in 4 languages. There's a sticker with the address of the owner and the date (1988). I suppose it was for a LEGO contest in the eighties. It reminds me very (very) distant memories when I also participated in a contest. Do you know this baseplate ? I can't find it on peeron or bricklink.
  8. Stickers are nice... but only one stickers sheet per set is not nice... LEGO should put 2 or 3 stickers sheets with each set instead of theses boring posters, cards, etc.
  9. Argghh we built Port Royal last night till 2AM with the $%¨*§ LDD instructions. We will use your nice pdf next time :)

Mhh I didn't know it was for 4,5V. I remember my father bought two "manual" switch points because the electric one was too expensive.

Hi, I'm new here I cleaned my attic this weekend and I re-discovered a box full of vintage LEGO... with my old 7740 Intercity train inside ! But of course a few essential parts are missing. I lost the 12v motor, cable and light bricks. Some bogie plates, buffer beams, couplings, and a lot of track sleeper plate are broken. Bricklink is the best site the buy theses parts ? Nowadays, 40€ is a "normal" price for a 12v motor ?
