  1. Incredible review! Very, very good! As for the set, I'll be skipping this one. It falls in the same camp as the Bugatti, Lambo, Ferrari, and whatnot: a big display piece that is totally uninteresting past the build phase. I really don't like this trend of Technic vehicles.
  2. Thanks for the great review, as always. My 12 year old me would have loved this! My adult me, not so much. Hard pass for me.
  3. This looks really, really good! Kudos on the design!
  4. I'd like to say that, even if you made this after 42128 was revealed... it is still an incredible piece of work! Looks fantastic!
  5. Am I the only one that cannot see the pictures?
  6. I'm really liking this set so far. Lots of functionalities, pneumatics, good selection of pieces. 100% will grab one!
  7. Not doing it for me. Looks decent, but it is not interesting enough for my taste. Hard pass for me.
  8. Thank you! It seems that I don't own the pieces required... oh well, too bad! Thanks again!
  9. Any inspiration or examples of passing two axles through a turn-table? I'm trying to power up a crawler crane's tracks from the super-structure, but I'm completely clueless as to how to do this while maintaining the super-structure rotation ability. Thanks!
  10. It looks more akin to 42108, doesn't it? Or do you mean the color scheme?
  11. This is brilliant! Thanks a lot!
  12. I have 42098, and I'm looking to do some modifications as a learning experience. One of the ideas I have in mind is a crane truck (like 8258). What is puzzling me to no end, is how do I make the gearbox work through the turntable? I believe that the room I have to work with will be smaller in the 42098 set, but I still have no idea how to tackle this problem. At least one axle has to go through the turntable but is not enough. From the looks of it, the gearbox selector is on the side of the truck, so it has to be possible. Any hints you may have? Thanks!
  13. @Seasider, @Zerobricks thanks both, appreciate your replies! I just downloaded Stud.io, seems to have better support nowadays.
  14. Not sure if this is the right topic to ask, but this question probably worth its own thread. Which software do you all recommend for doing 3d models and instructions? I'm ok with a steep learning curve and with pay software, I am looking for anything that will worth investing my time in. Thanks a lot!

  16. Thanks, appreciate the reply! Would it be too much to ask for a picture without some bottom pieces? Thanks again!
