My ideal $30 'home or hut' would be some sort of Jedi Council room - they could fit in all the seats, Anakin, Obi-Wan, and maybe Yoda or a clone trooper. -

Yes, especially if the $800 set turns out to be the UCS AT - AT. I can see a Snowspeeder about the size of the 2014 set (75049).
