Effe's MOC Corner
Stephen Provoost replied to efferman's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingIt will be my next build then. I'm now collecting the parts for the scania slt 10x4 in black. Would it be difficult to make a container system on the truck that you are now making?

Trailer suspension
Stephen Provoost replied to Stephen Provoost's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingThank you for the comments. I have not much time to build, so that's the reason why it took so long before I tried anything. Here is a picture of something I've tried. Thank you

Trailer suspension
Stephen Provoost posted a post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingHello, I want to make a trailer for a truck to transport my Swingloader (designed bij D3K) or my New Holland excavator (gathering the pieces and must buy the instructions). I have seen some trailers from "2LegoOrNot2Lego" and I must say they are incredible. Now I have some questions: How does the suspension works, I've tried many times but I didn't succeed in making a good one. (example: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=4632413 Does anyone have some pictures or drawings for a detachable gooseneck? (like this trailer: http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/221783) Thank you in advance! Stephen

Dumptrailer
Stephen Provoost replied to Stephen Provoost's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingThanks for the reactions. :) I will lift the bed by two studs to have more strenght. now it's only 1 stud to hang the trailer on the truck, and that's not strong enough. I will also try to make a new lifting mechanism. I also made a lowbedtrailer ( also not yet finished ). 5 axles (all steering) and 1 m-motor for lifting the ramp. New photo's will be posted.

Dumptrailer
Stephen Provoost posted a post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingI made a dumptrailer (not yet finished) for the truck i've copied from Jaap. (Very nice truck btw). It uses 1 m-motor for the legs and 1 m-motor for the linear actuators. I must fix the lifting of the bed because it's a little bit heavy. hope you like it. Stephen

Small suspension
Stephen Provoost replied to Stephen Provoost's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modelingthis is very well made. But he uses a couple of special pieces.... I will try to make it without the special pieces. Thank you for you time to search it. stephen yes I have the 8081 but the rear axle-suspension is 'to simple' to use in my moc.

Small suspension
Stephen Provoost replied to Stephen Provoost's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingHello, I've made an example as on the link but it is to hard, and I don't actually know what kind of rubber band he is using on the picture.... Do you have a clue?

Small suspension
Stephen Provoost posted a post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingHello, I'm trying to make a MOC of the 8258 crane truck. But now i'm looking for a small suspension method for the back wheels. It has double wheels on each axle and a differential in the middle, so there's not much space left. Does anyone of you had ideas of how I can make it very compact? I've been looking around on brickshelf and I found this, but I think it's to hard to get a smooth suspenion. Thank you in advance for your time Stephen

8285 b model lowboy trailer
Stephen Provoost replied to davidmull's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modelinghello, I didn't make this trailer but I made this trailer I think the trailer of the 8285 won't be strong enough to carry 8043. Mine can carry 8043 but it bends a little bit. Stephen

8110 - Unimog - MODs and Improvements
Stephen Provoost replied to tripletschiee's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modelinghi, I've made a video of the cherry picker. ti's not very spectacular :) As you can see, there is a small hook, you can lift something with that, also rc hello, almost everything is RC, except the compressor ( a small switch near the door) and the lifting of the cherry picker is also with a switch driving, steering, front output, back output is RC and when the cherry picker is attached, legs and rope to lift something to the cabin of the cherrypicker are also RC thank you Stephen
