  1. Doing that as well, but it's taking much longer.
  2. Kind of ironic that your avatar is Cedric Diggory... Robert Pattinson
  3. I keep hearing this... righttt it's sort of pink in the film... like a very toned down beige, salmon sort of mild pink plaster. In the set its like a hyper neon pink flamingo. I've shown this to multiple people, and they've all said where in the world is there a bright freakin pink building in the HP movies? It's like Umbridge's dress and office sickeningly pink. The only reason there is a discussion is because whatever people think about the film and accuracy, it's as they say a bit much.
  4. Where exactly did you find these?
  5. SOME Americans say that phrase in that fashion. I never have. In fact, most grade school teachers would be quick to correct that where I grew up much like they would with double negatives, can I/may I etc.
  6. Thanks for showing me that, looks great! How about it, would have worked very well.
  7. Look forward to seeing whatever you come up with!
  8. I'm most certainly going to mod it in a more muted color. Nothing at all against anyone who likes it. I can live with the orange and lilac in WWW because it's iconic and expected to be that way... Personally though I'm a more muted color palette preference type of person. I'm not sure if I'll go for a beige because that may blend too much and not really pop as an unique building or if I'll do one of the other colors I mentioned earlier. I'm thinking I can get it done, and this is a really rough estimate, for $40-50.
  9. Right well it's a freaking LOUD pink. The movie version is not a bright pink. The Orlando version is a blue gray.
  10. I agree with the color choice of QQS being too loud and out of place. I still love the set and will be getting it as soon as available, provided I'm lucky enough to get it before it sells out. I think though, I'll get bricks in sand blue or sand green or some color more accurate to replace the pink on QQS. It just seems to disrupt the tone of the set. Otherwise I'm really happy with the leak and what we have coming.
  11. Amazing perspective! I'm so excited. Every new detail about this set thrills me.
  12. Hogwarts is 4 books... Upside Down is 2 books
  13. Given that Assembly Square is 4,002 pieces and goes for $279, Ninjago City was 4,867 pieces and went for $299 it has seemed unlikely to me all along that a set for $399 will be in the 4,000-ish piece range. Even if Hogwarts was microscale it had 6020 pieces for the same price! I think the 5444 rumor is plausible. How could they justify 2,000ish less pieces at the same price point?
