  1. To the previous poster's point, the new system almost looks like It's a few $15-20 sets combined with a $50ish shell that's designed to hold the other sets.
  2. Zonko's and Hog's Head are on the town layout on the advent calendar flap along with Honeyduke's and The Three Broomsticks. Might be a hint toward the future.
  3. If it were in the same style as the big Diagon, absolutely. I'd also love it to be attached to the brick wall entrance at one end so I could connect it to WWW and fully recreate the entryway at Universal Studios.
  4. Anyone notice on Shop at Home, there are alternate Ron/Hermione builds for the two figures showing their Polyjuice wearing off?
  5. Looks like they may have taken some inspiration from the Universal Parks layout. That's where the entrance/exit is.
  6. It’s actually across the street, on the other side of the big brick wall entrance
  7. Same. Hopefully it's at least easily adaptable to the old scale, but with all of the quick remakes, they're starting to lose me on the Potter front.
  8. I immediately jumped to either Stan or (more likely) Maria Hill being the included figure.
  9. Yup. it's set to be very southern gothic as opposed to World's northeastern gothic revival.
  10. My fingers distinctly remember trying to feel out at a few. I'm pretty sure the mad scientist from series 4 (?) had rubber hair. Edit: I think Dorothy from the Lego Movie 2 line was rubber as well.
  11. It's currently happening, but that's the 100th anniversary of the Walt Disney Company. I was referencing the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World (the theme park resort in Florida), which has been ongoing for two years. The point is, Disney doesn't keep their "anniversary" celebrations to just the year that they occur.
  12. Listen, Walt Disney World is STILL celebrating it's 50th anniversary through the end of March this year. An anniversary celebration that started in October of 2021. Don't you dare get my hopes up. Haunted Mansion is the best ride in the park, and there certainly enough of a fandom to support a big 'ol collector's set.
  13. You already get the focus on your version of Haunted Mansion over the Florida one. Let us have our version of the castle.
  14. Not super jazzed that Jiminy will end up in the same scale as Pinocchio. But I LOVE to see Ernesto and Miguel listed. Hoping to see a nice big chonky Baymax similar to some of the "costume" characters that Lego has been doing in the CMF line.
  15. My guess on Gringotts': The exterior is compatible with the current Diagon Alley so the entrance matches up to ground level and everything. But...the back doesn't line up with the exterior entrance. That would allow them to still have the lobby on a "higher" level in the functional play area, set above all of the vault goodness below. Additional thought on the Knight Bus. Could the extra price/piece count be coming from a façade of The Leaky Cauldron and/or the brick wall outside of Diagon?
