  1. TaroPTY replied to ForgedInLego's post in a topic in LEGO Star Wars
Although this is suppose to be an exhibition set and not a play-set I bet we all would like to see these type of functionalities in the Venator. Excellent work @ForgedInLego Will keep a close look at your modifications.
  2. I tried one of those missiles technic pins too (61184), you will find that the top flap of the head will push it down just a little bit. You could also use part 78258 (you should have one spare from the AT-AT) instead of the T-Bar Taro
  3. Hi everyone, something that annoys me about the set is how the side panels open effortlessly. I found few solutions around using rubber bands but I feel they are too intrusive. I was looking for something more low profile and got the below solution with just a couple of pieces. Here is the issue: And this is after my solution: Pieces needed x2: Assemble: The T bar fits seamlessly into the technic part: I hope this is useful. Taro
  4. Hi Miro, I know is being some time since your mod was published but I recently ended with a spare R2-D2 UCS that needed some replacements parts and looking for ideas I came across with this post. What better way to reuse the spare R2 than building your mod. It came through very nicely and is already set in display along with R2. I also found a UCS sticker type from some folks in UK and I'm just waiting for it to give it the final touch. I did create an instruction manual just for the head using Stud.io, in case you agree I can share it with the rest of the forum here. Once again, great build and thanks for sharing! Greetings from Panamá! Taro
