[MOD] Motorized Classic TV series Batmobile
I think this set lacks a lot of functionality, but I have at least added motors and made it remote controlled It uses a Technic Powered Up Hub and 3 L motors(2 for drive & 1 for steering) Working steering wheel have been added I have hidden all electronics(very easy in this big set), very small visible changes have been made Is there any more functions I should add? There is still one output left on the hub. Youtube video Instructions available at Rebrickable

[MOD] 10330 McLaren F1 Remote Controlled
Cyrix78 replied to Cyrix78's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingI have added photos from bottom and top(with some bricks removed), so that you can see where all the electronic pieces are placed.

[MOD] 10330 McLaren F1 Remote Controlled
I have now motorized another Icons/Creator Expert Veichles.(i have done 15 of them now) I always try to make the motorization as invisible as possible, you should not be able to see any electronics without looking very carefully. As an F1 is so small and compact, I had to make some smaller visible changes to be able to fit Buwizz and motors Steering wheel is still working, but the fake engine had to be removed. Motorized with Buwizz and 2 PF M-motors. Instructions available at Rebrickable. Youtube video Rebrickable Instructions

[MOD] 10321 Corvette Remote Controlled
I have now built the Corvette and as usual I have also made it remote controlled. Steering have a much better steering angle than stock and a rear differential, which makes it possible for very tight corners. Using the AAA(train) Hub and 2 Large Powered Up motors. I have made what I can to make the modification as invisible and clean as possible. The only real difference is that the trunk space are slightly smaller. Can you spot anything of the electronic parts? Video available at Youtube Instructions available at Rebrickable

Cyrix78 replied to Cyrix78's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingYes the top can be lifted off. I have only made changes to the chassi.- [MOD] 10317 Land Rover Defender Remote Controlled
Cyrix78 replied to Cyrix78's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingI can fix that next week. I am not at home for a few days. I would love to build a 4WD version, but that will have to be with Buwizz or other smaller battery box. Or you have to sacrifice something. I wanted to build it with modern Lego battery and motors. I have at least kept the suspension working as it should.- [MOD] 10317 Land Rover Defender Remote Controlled
How do you like my motorized Land Rover? I have tried to hide all electronics completely and keep all original functions. I would really have liked to make it 4WD with diffs, but there is not that much space to hide motors and other stuff in this model even if it is quite big. So for now it is only rear Wheel drive with a straight axle without diff. I might try with a Buwizz instead of Powered Up and add some more functions. Maybe a working winch and some lights? Cyrix78 replied to Cyrix78's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingI finally added a driver and it turned out great. Had to modify the arms to have freely moving joints. Instructions are updated with how to add a ”Starwars Buildable Figure”: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-95728- [MOD] 10269 Harley Davidson Fatboy Remote Controlled
Cyrix78 replied to Cyrix78's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingIf using a Buwizz and a genuine Lego Servo it will be possible to have proportional steering. I used CaDa battery and Servo which do not have any steps.- [MOD] 10269 Harley Davidson Fatboy Remote Controlled
Cyrix78 replied to Cyrix78's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingThanks! Your bikes are really, I actually tried to make it self balanceing, but it was not possible to make it slow enough to drive indoor and would also very hard to hide the electronics.- [MOD] 10269 Harley Davidson Fatboy Remote Controlled
Cyrix78 replied to Cyrix78's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingIt as lot of steps to get a picture from the phone into this forum, but here it is.- [MOD] 10269 Harley Davidson Fatboy Remote Controlled
Cyrix78 replied to Cyrix78's post in a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale ModelingI think it is under 1kg, but it is still much heavier than a Technic set. I had no intention to build a fast bike when I constructed it. But with Buwizz; CaDa pro motor and slightly higher gearing ratio, it will probably double the speed, but not enough for drifting. Tried to fit a large motor but was not able to hide it well enough. - [MOD] 10317 Land Rover Defender Remote Controlled
