Lego has figured out every way to mess up this release holy smokes. The pics should have been released April 26th for Endgame’s anniversary. This is dumb as hell.

I see a concerning shadow at the top that looks like a stud. Maybe this is just me but I'd hope they'd just do a smooth head mold. Also the Sanctuary looks cool, might have to grab that too. I feel like the box art for Final Battle is overcompensating for what looks like a pretty crappy build tho.

Grabbed the Probe Droid from target the other day and it’s a solid build. The arms wobble too much and the back arms specifically are too small but otherwise it’s a really nice display model. Wish the pieces for the stand had gone into the build itself tho; seems to be a theme with this year.

Or…uh…just to stir the pot…it could be a battle pack…dare I hope?

There was a rumor of a $200 UCS set we thought was the Gunship, with another prevailing theory being an MBS Endor. It sort of vanished back around February and hasn’t been seen or heard about since. It may just be a dropped number or they may be pulling a Grogu/Brickheadz deal and it’s for something down the line.

The stormy drama is so petulant tbh. I have both and like…yeah it’s worse then the old model but it isn’t worldendingly bad. And honestly I think whoever made the family guy comparison only fanned the flames of a pretty stupid debate. The helmets look fine. They aren’t optimal but they also aren’t horrible. People need to chill.

Lowkey I agree. She’s got actual agency and she doesn’t just get carried around everywhere. When Grogu wanders off he has literally no means of survival until Mando swoops in and rescues him. Omega can put up somewhat of a fight and makes her own decisions rather then just wandering towards the nearest food source. A figure of her would not be hard at all, I’m sure there’s several Ninjago hairpieces that would work just fine, or they could (heaven forbid) do a custom mold for her little pendant. Side note, she looks insanely different when she takes the pendant off it’s actually bizarre.

All Star Wars fans are part of the cult of Gonk. Omega is the new Grogu only with actual dialogue. They’d have to be braindead not to make a figure of her.

Nah people would still buy sets. An army is only so good if you don’t have ships for it. And you can put in exclusive figures in both sets and the packs to make people buy both. The easiest proof of this is HP, DC and that one other licensed CMF I’m blanking on. It’s been done before. It won’t eat into profits. Lego just doesn’t want to do it because…they’re dumb? in other questions, anyone think there’s a possibility that the Cruiser Mando won’t have a jetpack bc the Forge Mando will? Would be right in line with the shit they pull.

Yeah he’s got an axe to grind but he isn’t a liar. I think it’s still entirely possible that it happens, there’s a lotta rumblings about it and given the outrage this hopefully will cause they may end up doing it.

True and neither would the main body so realism isn’t exactly something we should want with this aspect lol. Could you imagine if they created a set where the only entrance was a minifig-sized door on the side or the bottom or some nonsense?

I don’t like the fact that it looks like you can’t actually open the cockpit without also opening the main body of the ship because of the way the fin extends out. Sort of awkward tbh.

I’ve seen a lot of shots that look like it’s pretty dang blue so I’m not unhappy with that. I hate the fin tho. they should have put some inverted tiles on the back and bam would have looked a million times better. As for the helmet it’s probably because they don’t want to make a new mold for such a “small” change.

To the KOR point technically the OG a bad batch suits will be split up but I bet we get a proper Crosshair in
