  1. hmm yes i very much wish to buy this potato spawn tbh I wasn't planning on this but the colors are really appealing and I like all the barrels and such. Miek's height is very strange. It doesn't look like he's a full minifig...perhaps his body is a molded piece and the head is attached to it ala Thanos?
  2. It’s a bit odd too considering how minor a character she’s been up til this point but I’m not complaining, especially since she’ll be getting more and more important as the shows goes on. It’s really cool to get such a gorgeous fig right off the bat granted the use she’ll see. Now I just have to convince my wallet that the glorified 4+ set that is the Slave One is worth the money so I can have both of them
  3. There’s no earthly way the Mando fighter has the same hype as the AAT. It has a grand total of one massable figure without customizing and if Mandos were anywhere near as popular as clones why has the mando battlepack been on sale for ages. It’ll have some element of that hype but it’ll be nowhere near that level. It’ll be impossible to find for the first day or two and then be relatively common for the rest of its existence. Tbh I don’t see any of these sets being especially hard to find post-week 1, bar MAYBE the Trexler Marauder because of imperial army builders (cough cough yours truly) but even that doesn’t have a price-to-fig ratio that’s that desirable. The AT AT was hard to find tho and theres aeons more hype for the Cruiser then there was for that so that one might also be tough for a little.
  4. As we saw with the Bad Batch shuttle Lego loves taking dull colors or even merely hints of a color in a set and extrapolating to the moon
  5. Also I don't think there will be as many sets based on this game. Keep in mind when the Enix sets came out: around and during COVID, when there was zero other Marvel content. Now that there's an absolute deluge, with three more shows and four movies set for this year and probably 5 shows and 4 movies for next year as well, Lego will be playing catchup like hell.
  6. Gamora would just use a Quantum suit minus the Avenger logo
  7. Don’t get used to it, I’d be willing to bet they drop it for the smaller sets. Then again, the trend seems to be towards arm printing becoming standard so I hope I’m wrong.
  8. Since the Armory figs are in this instruction manual, are we assuming it’s coming out in August with the rest of the wave?
  9. Ew I do not like the way that sounds. Should be the other way around if anything.
  10. I really can't believe they didn't make President Loki. It would have been a slam dunk figure. TVA Loki is...all right...I guess...buuuut...meh.
  11. Holy smokes Spidey Cap has leg side printing? Has that happened before...ever?
  12. Why are they giving White Vision dual molded legs? He just needs some armor printing. Other then that the wave sounds great and will be impossible to find
  13. They said in an interview they don’t care about the secondary market :/ I do think it’s possible, they loooooove making imperial vehicles after all. I just hope a Republic Crosshair happens at some point
  14. And also, if they do make a bigger sanctum, you can use the old one to mod the new one. It’s a win win scenario, plus you’ll have some cool figs to boot
  15. A TVA office if it was big enough would be really visually interesting.
  16. I don’t care about Brickheadz but I think it would be hilarious if it wasn’t Jar Jar because of the sheer amount of screeching that would create Someone brought up earlier that Saxon’s horns might be rubber and I think that’s highly likely. Lego historically makes projecting parts out of rubber to prevent them from snapping off, and these in particular as part of a piece that regularly will be taken on and off would benefit. Also, it looks like it’s a different material on the pictures but that’s just me. I hope it’s plastic for the uniformity and I wish they’d done…anything…different for the Armorer, but it isn’t terrible either way.
  17. So I looked closer at some set pics and it looks like we still aren’t getting a Din head print
  18. welllllll yes but most things are retail price. anyhoo I'll stop shilling now I ordered the Benatar and am riding high hehehe
  19. That makes sense, I'm mostly just playing devil's avocado here. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out. MAYDAY MAYDAY ARMORY PICS JUST DROPPED! Armorer looks better then I was expecting but I don't like that her horns are black for some reason Paz looks fantastic tho. Definitely buying this. Also Crosshair's head dropped, looks pretty good!
  20. pssst idk if yall know this but to my fellow members of freedomland Zavvi is selling the august stuff at retail price. PotterMinifigPals endorses them so.
  21. Seismic bombs have always been a feature of the Slave One tho. Granted it’s only used in Ep 2, TCW and Mando, but the machinery never got taken out. I will say putting Beskar Mando in instead of Fennec points towards it being a last minute throw-it-at-the-wall-and-hope-it-sticks situation.
  22. Key word is universally. There’s a lot of casual fans who got into SW because of this show. Anyway, NO MORE ACTUAL SHOW DISCOURSE
  23. He’s taken the plot role of Luke Skywalker in the original trilogy but in the post-imperial era. It makes a ton of sense he’ll be in a lot of sets in the first wave really focused on what is arguably the most universally beloved single piece of Star Wars media of all time. And honestly, he’s a pretty damn premium figure. Getting him in multiple sets is really cool. That flow chart is hilarious btw.
  24. It's a bit funny how many there are but seriously, his printing is absolutely gorgeous. I'd definitely take him over say a Fennec in the Slave 1 or a Stormy or random Mando in the Armory.
