ive been working on moving my drive motors to power the top sprocket, the ideal goal is to have no outer support holding the top sprocket wheel up like on the real machine , i most likely will need to have one though , also my entire track design is custom , the track uses one more link on each tread then in the original d11 set , the tracks are plenty tight so slipping wont be an issue , this is a super super rough design ive made

haha i appreciate it , believe me your pictures helped me a lot when i was adding the second pair of linear actuators , and are both your hubs stacked on top of each other then ? i know on the original model the hub is located underneath the engine bay , im assuming you had to remove the whole v12 engine in order to fit the 2nd hub in ? if you are talking about the old power functions i believe the answer is yes , i have used 1 battery box that had 2 receivers connected to it , each receiver had 3 motors connected to it so i had a total of 6 motors , only issue is one receiver can only have 2 different functions assigned to it , so you can have a total of 4 motors assigned to one receiver, but 2 motors will be used for the same function and the other 2 motors will be used together for another function , with the new powered up system , 1 hub can support 4 motors that can all do different functions

Here is my progress so far , my goal is to have 2 hubs with 7 motors. the pictures shown bellow show the d11 with 1 hub and 6 motors , with some adjustments to the cab i can easily fit the second hub , but i have made the choice to start from scratch again , i want the 2 angle motors that stick out the back of the dozer to be hidden , on the real life machine the top wheel is the one that powers the tracks , i will be relocating both motors to drive the top wheel and that will make the model look much better IMO , if you have any questions or any tips that could help me feel free to let me know

thats a genius idea , i just now discovered that the range of motion on the ripper is limited by the normal size linear actuators , with a slight modification of the attachment point of the ripper assembly you can get really an unlimited rage of motion with the ripper , with that mod plus removing the old actuators and installing the new XL actuators the ripper will actually be able to do its job , i will definitely be sharing some pics once i do this

im building the model right now , do you think if i removed the gearbox from it , there would be enough space for one more L motor and an extra hub ? and i would keep the 2 angle motors in there same position

has anyone figured out a way to use 2 more linear actuators for the ripper ? the 2 fake ones used look terrible , i would assume we would need to add another technic hub to power them though , also any chance of a triple shank configuration , i think that would look much cooler than just a single one

looks super good with the black tracks , also i know the set has only 2 actuators for the ripper and it should have 4 IMO , will yours have 2 or 4 ?

i know right off the bat im going to change a lot of things on the new d11 dozer , do you have plans of maybe making a mark 2 version and selling the instructions for it ?

This is my modified version of Eric Trax's liebherr 776 dozer, i wanted to post this to give a size comparison to the new D11 dozer that is coming out soon This dozer is 19in long from the front of the blade to the back of the ripper and 10in tall from the ground to the top of the beacon lights VS the new D11 dozer which is 22.4in long and 10.2in tall

i see i see , is brickcontroller2 the only other option , i loved how simple buwizz was and how easy it was to create new profiles , ill definitely look into that controller app though , thank you for the help !

all my technic sets use 1 or 2 lego powered up hubs , from what im seeing the buwizz app can no longer be used to control them , is there any work around for this or another app we can use , please message me with any information , this app was working fine until i updated it

I have seen the price for the new D11t dozer change a few times , is there any conformation on the price ?
