So far the modulle has run for more than 2.5 days and I do not see any wear on the legs. I think long term they will wear out ofcourse but so far so good
Thank you!
Hey all, Its bin a while since I posted this video on youtube:
But I had not shared it on eurobricks so here is my latest module. I have created instructions for this module so if you want you can build it on rebrickable:
https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-80541/NDL-GBC/lego-gbc-05-basketball-player-roulette/#details
I think the balls is not the biggest problem if the contest duration is 3 months than everyone can just place an order with 10 balls at B&P (total cost 7,90 euro without shipping, and you can add extra parts to your order :)
I made an Archimedes Screw using the friends slide elements (11267). Instead of mounting the input linear to the output of the module I decided to mount it on the side because its easier from that position to load the balls into the module. (although in the future I may attempt to make it all inline instead of having the input sticking out at the front)
I will definitely participate in this challenge, will there be any restrictions? If some of you need the sports balls there is a cheaper option you can buy them from Lego directly at B&P. (you will need to wait a few weeks)
