  1. Potential cease and desist from LEGO? Not sure what specific legal grounds, but there is definitely an argument about leaking "confidential" information about upcoming products
  2. Most, if not all, of the sets look much better in HD, but the prices are atrocious. Mechs are a dollar cheaper, but $38 for the warbird + NWH set just ain't it
  3. Where did it leak? Reddit? I don't see it on Instagram
  4. That's fair. I think whatever LEGO would do there would be issues with. It would be very difficult to not have repeat figs and not have complaints
  5. 100% agree. You're left over with 2 repeat figs if you only get 2 sets. They could've improved this by excluding Integrated suit spidey, Ned and MJ from the Statue of Liberty set. Use their budget to improve prints, and then include all 3 and Lizard in the Sandman set. Spidey + MJ figs would be previously available in the Sanctum Workshop. This allows you to get a pretty good fig selection in the Sandman set, without repeats. I don't like the price increases, and will be waiting for a discount, but is LEGO even aware that sets aren't selling well because of prices? It feels like they chalk it up to problems with the theme/subtheme
  6. More leaks this morning, and I wasn't expecting to like the War Machine Mech as much as I do. With that said, the X-Jet is very disappointing for me. I actually like Cyclops and Rogue, but the supposed Wolverine repeat from the mech and the Magneto push me away. The jet itself isn't bad, I just wish it wasn't based on the '97 series. I much would've preferred a sleek black variant with a stand in line with last years Quinjet. It's actually extremely disappointing that Magneto is based on his '97 appearance, like I get it's a different property, but I just want a classic Magneto that isn't 12 years old and $100
  7. A majority of this is just due to those skins being in battle passes. AFAIK they haven't LEGO-ized many battle pass skins (if at all). Their is caveats though, Thanos isn't BP, but a lot of the superheroes aren't all MCU-inspired tbf.
  8. TheJackBricks changed their profile photo
  9. Yes. LEGO has street dates for when retail stores can officially sell the product. Some stores, however, don't follow these street dates 100% and all you to purchase them early, or at least in this case, accidentally put them on shelves too early
  10. Welp, easiest Cyclops moc ever. Just add the blue yellow dual-bolded legs and yellow hips. I personally dig the hair piece
  11. What Ronan minifigure?
  12. I believe mid-October is typically leaked images with a reveal late October (Based on SW UCS Sets). Can anyone confirm if this is still the case?
  13. I would be shocked and I believe the backlash would force LEGO to fix the set. Can you imagine one of the 6 originals Avengers and one of the most popular Marvel heroes ever not being in the biggest Marvel set? Or let alone any Avengers set this year?
  14. As squiz18 said, Selvig figure with portal generator, the hammer couches scene, maybe the Cap v Cap showdown (if any Endgame figs), also being able to recreate the Iron Man suitup from the Avengers final battle would be dope (Jumping off bridge and having the suit form around minifig)
  15. Good point about the Wolverine re-use. I believe the closest we've gotten to a re-used CMF print is the Scarlet Witch character, however they changed the dual-molded arms and leg printing. Not sure about outside licensed themes tho
  16. Not sure if this has already been said / theorized, but is it possible that the inclusion of Wolverine, Storm, and Beast in the CMF was to have different figs in the set? I was expecting Wolverine/Storm to be in the X-Jet, but it makes sense. They wouldn't have to have less quality printing (for obvious reasons) and could spread some love to other X-Men. I think Professor X, Cyclops and Jean are pretty safe bets if this is the case, maybe Rogue too?
