That would supposedly be LEGO Vault, they surveyed fans this year asking if they'd be interested in a paid subscription service that provides them with retired sets (or at least, remade versions of them) via mail. It makes more sense to have a set like this released in that form IMO, so I'm hoping the whole GWP rumor is misconstrued cause I'd be genuinely willing to pay for something like that. However, most of the leakers are insisting it to be a GWP, so I guess we'll find out closer to January.

Thank goodness, I've been kinda excited to see these so I'm hoping they don't look too awkward. I'm a sucker for buildable figures but the Iron Man doesn't really do it for me and I'm not a fan of how Groot looks so I'm hoping these are somewhat decent. And if they do well enough we can see more characters in the style (provided it looks good enough to justify making more of course.)

Was hoping for Bionicle but honestly I don't really mind that much, I'm sure the castle set is gonna kick megablocks anyway. Congrats to Castle fans, hope y'all enjoy it!

Sucks that Zelda turned out to be a farce but eh, no skin off my nose. Life goes on. Good riddance to that dude though.

As a BIONICLE fan I have to agree. Don't get me wrong, as much as I want it to win I'm fully prepared for another theme to be picked over it, and that's okay. The fans are gonna be upset though, but it's not like those people aren't hard to please enough as is. I'll be genuinely surprised if it gets selected. Got this set and decided to build your version of this model today and I'm impressed! The proportions are nice and beefy with the wings attached and the way you still managed to integrate the "power-up" gimmick was very creative! Brilliant stuff, man.

Definitely been debating picking that one up a little later, I'm a sucker for large mecha and seeing how flawlessly the combination gimmick worked on it actually surprised me. They're really knocking it out of the park with these past few larger mecha so I'll definitely consider it if I can squeeze it into my budget, thanks!

Long time lurker, and even though I haven't really been into the hobby for a while the new Core sets look like a fun re-entry into the theme, though I only see myself picking up a couple. However the summer sets definitely sound more up my alley, and I'm very interested in seeing what they look like once the images drop. I'm especially intrigued by the Samurai X mech this time around as they've been getting a lot better at designing mecha for this theme. And while I don't really keep up with the show anymore (fell off around when Skybound or whatever the pirate one was), this definitely comes off to me as some kind of "final battle" wave. I don't see the theme ending anytime soon though, so I'm very curious to see where they take it from here. Also, if anyone has any recommendations for the 1HY wave I'd appreciate it. I'm definitely going to cop the Ice Mech and Fire Dragon to start off.
