  1. Thank you so much! I'm glad you like it :)
  2. Thank you so much! Appreciate it. :)
  3. Thank You so Much! Yeah i'm really happy how the suspension turned out. :) Thank You! I'm glad you like it. :) Thanks! :) Thank you. Thanks! Yeah instructions are out just didn't want to place the link here. ;) Thank you so much!! Thank you so much! Really appreciate your comment. Yeah it's not too big model. The lenght is just 25 centimeters. Thanks! Yeah as i wrote i've started the whole designing process with the rear lights. I'm happy if you like it! :) The ICONs sets are a bit bigger and of course i've got free hands to design whatever i want and on the way i want. I don't need to follow any rules what the designers at lego has to. Anyway, I'm really glad you like it and thanks for the comment! :) The suspension arm is the 30375 Battle Droid Torso. Thanks for the frontpage!! Thank you so much! Yeah the corvette turned out well. As i know the Fiat and the Aston were not 12 studs wide cars but a bit bigger... Maybe 14 or 16?
  4. Hello everyone, I see there is a big hype with the Official speed champions Dark Horse Mustang set. However i would like to show you something different. I've built maybe 5 different Mustangs already and promised to myself to don't make more and focus on other Brands. Parallel i didnt really like the shape and details of the newest Mustang when saw the first pictures about it. Later on i've seen some more pics and videos and also read some rumors about the upcoming Speed Champions set so decided to check it again. :) Maybe i'm getting old or don't know but i changed my mind. So started to work on my version some weeks ago. Here are the results, i hope you will like it. Of course it must be DakBlue... :) Lego Mustang Dark Horse by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr When i started to work on this car the 80178 and 80177 wedges were not available in Dark Blue colour. So i've started to build the whole car in Dark Grey and I was very happy to see the Kingfisher set coming with these wedges. However that was not clear for me this time if these wedges are the best parts to recreate the front of the Mustang or not. Anyway, after some trials i've decided to use them on the final version. Lego Mustang Dark Horse by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr But that was not the biggest question for me when started to work on the design. I Started to whole designing procedure with the taillights. I was thinking maybe this detail will be the most difficult to recreate. And yes i've spent a lot of time to find a solution what can be rigid enough and looks good. Yeah i know it's not everyones taste and i'm sure we will see some more better versions but for me in this scale that was the best one i think. Lego Mustang Dark Horse by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr Lego Mustang Dark Horse by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr Lego Mustang Dark Horse by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr I usually try to add some "realistic" details at the bottom too. Of course it's not a Technic car so there are no working features here. Anyway , one day the 30375 "Battle droid Torso" told me that he would like to be a suspenison element. I said ok, lets try. :) (I'm sure i'm not the first one who uses this elemnt this way but for me that was a new thing. LOL) I was really happy with the drivetrain and suspension so built an extra one to put next to the car on the shelf. Lego Mustang Dark Horse by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr Lego Mustang Dark Horse by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr Lego Mustang Dark Horse by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr At the end i'm really happy with this model. I was enjoying every minutes of the designing process... bla-bla-bla Guys! That was a nightmare to finish this design. The whole suspension just killed me. This is maybe the 10th version i built and I was trying to forget this droid torso element 5 times because didn't find acceptable way to use them for long time. (i know it looks so easy now... LOL) And those taillights... ohhh the taillights. grrrrr But now it's here... it works... and it's rigid enough for me... And this is my favourite so far :) Thanks for reading my post. Have a nice day :) Bie gnat.bricks
  5. WOW. This is so awesome. The bodywork you have done with it is unbelievable. Very good shaping. And this is an alternate build. Congrats.
  6. Thank you so much :) I'm glad you like it.
  7. Dear Everyone, Please welcome my newest MOC in my "12 studs car series". I've tried to recreate the Iconic Impala '67 from the TV Series called Supernatural. That was one of my longest designing procedures. But at the end i'm happy how it turned out. The whole front end was the most tricky section to find acceptable way to build in this size. Maybe this is the 10th version and i found it the best looking one. The wheels looks a bit big for this scale but didn't find better looking size in the actual LEGO palett. 1967 Impala (Supernatural) by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr 1967 Impala (Supernatural) by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr The model contains detailed drivetrain as i did similar details with my Mocs I've posted earlier. It's not everyones taste i know but i'm really enjoying to work on those details. 1967 Impala (Supernatural) by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr 1967 Impala (Supernatural) by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr All doors and the Trunk and the hood are openable. However you can open the rear ones just after the front doors are opened. 1967 Impala (Supernatural) by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr You can add searchlights optionally too. 1967 Impala (Supernatural) by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr 1967 Impala (Supernatural) by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr 1967 Impala (Supernatural) by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr 1967 Impala (Supernatural) by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr
  8. Thanks, Yeah there are a lot of space to improve... :) BTW I didn'T add smoke because it's an inroom scene.
  9. Dear Everyone, I hope that it's allowed here and that's the rgiht main topic to post. I've started a new YT channel where i share 3d animations to show brick built cars. Basically the idea is to collect some cars from different designers and make short animations with the cars in action. I'm not an expert in in Blender but i'm trying to learn this software deeper and hopefully i can improve my skills continuosly. I'm really happy because i've found some good designers to participate in this project. They were all friendly and open to cooperate with me. I'm so thankful to them as they have given their 3d models to me to make these movies. And they have accepted the fact that i'm just a hobby animator with limited knowledge and time. LOL In long term i hope this channel will be a goood place to advertise MOCs. I know it's a lot of work and time but hopefully it will works and the channel will grow gradually. I'm bringing the models from studio to Belnder directly as collada format. At the beginning i've tried to use some materails from the web but now i'm using my own. it's interesting that sometimes the cars seems real with inroom lighting method but it's hard thing to reach the same result with outdoor scenes. Well i'm working with CAD softwares in my workplace but this is a way different world. The materials and the lighting are giving me headache sometimes.. :) And the sounds... Oh that sound effects. Now this is an other thing where i have ti find better way to go forward. So please welcome an animation i've made a while ago: This is my Shelby GT500 MOC btw. I've made some videos before asking others to give me their models. LOL I know the movement of the car looks wierd sometimes but please focus on the rest. :) I accept critics and tips :)
  10. Thank You so much :) I think i wont have time for the Cuda before 2024. But hopefully a new MOC can come in the coming weeks. :)
  11. Dear Everyone, Please welcome my 12 studs wide Dodge Challenger MOC. It has similar details like my same size Charger MOC. I was working on them parallel just finished the instructuins for this one a bit later. I've spent maybe 4 weeks to make the digital designs for these cars. The Challenger and the Cuda are my all time favourite US cars so i'm sure the Cuda will come soon also. I'm really happy how it turned out at the end. Challenger 12 Studs by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr I've tried to recrate the full drivetrain with the limitations coming from the size. Challenger 12 Studs by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr My favourite features are the brakes LOL Challenger 12 Studs by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr Challenger 12 Studs by Szunyogh Balázs, on Flickr Hope you like it.
