Hi, here is my latest 6x6 truck, which comes from Climber I,II,...VI. -2 XL -1 Servo -1 M for gearbox -2 V2 receiver -Openable door -Improved suspension -Separate motor for left & right wheels, as a function of differential The suspension works very well. it's easy to climb as high as 2 big wheels, just shows in photo. The gear box is reliable, as i used in Climber VI & V. only 2 speeds. high speed is 1:1, low speed is 16:20*12:24. Turning radius is small, using 1st & 3rd axles.

  9. Thank you for you like it. i finished this truck long time ago, just want to share it after saw Mr. Madoca's new work. There are same function on differencial lock,2 speed gearbox,2XL,portal axles but also some different idea, it is interesting to compare them -my differential lock is front-rear, Mr. Madoca's left-right -use 2 gearbox, Mr. Madoca's 1 -only 1rd and 3rd portal axles, Mr.Madoca's full -2 battery box, 1 Of course including -my poor design on detail shell, Mr.Madoca's so great i'm sorry to trouble you by my title
  10. fine Mr. Madoca,i post a underside photo first. But I am afraid it can not explain clearly. I will re-make a gearbox sample later, at least in next week.
  11. just made a truck similar with Mr. Madoca's new moc work same function on differencial lock and 2 speed gearbox,but 6x6 -Weight: g -2 XL motors for propulsion,1 XL for 1st axle,1XL for 2nd、3rd axle -2 Servo motor for steering,1st & 3rd axle -M motor for 2 speed gearbox -M motor for locking rear differential,1st axle - 2nd、3rd axle -Portal axles for 1st、3rd axle in order to make a powerful crawler, I need different rotating speed of front and rear axle. For the reliability, I not use the weak center differential. I design 2 seperate XL motors for 1st axle and 2nd+3rd axle. But I add a lock, to lock the 2 XL motors together when necessary. That means there are 2x 2speed gearbox + 1 lock. And to make sure the enough power, I add 2 battery boxs.

  18. So, as you saw, it is not only 2channels. :) The front and rear Alex is individual, both driver and steering. So, 4 channels at least. Each Alex have 2 XL, I design them turning at 2 different directions, so there are more receivers...
  19. Andy. It offer great contribution on the performance improvement. A larger tire, means higher--not touch ground, further--not knock the wall.
