  1. Thanks for your time and a decent response, cheers ! :)
  2. Why to start new thread? This information could fall into dedicated thread for 2025 sets. I liked how threads for 2024 sets was managed with the same pattern of naming/first post. Maybe you could follow the unofficial standardard and keep the consistency or let the other forum members to manage this. Just my opinion, I don't want to offend you. Thanks !
  3. It is not too early for me, probably half of the sets are already revealed and the pattern is more than clear. I have a strong feeling that for June / July / August waves we will get even more cars.
  4. It looks bad, it is another boring car with basic functions, stickers are "in your face" moment and it is overpriced for no reason. And yet we will be getting even more cars in this scale so agree with Eric Trax, they are just doing sets from the excel sheet. For me It may be second year in a row without purchasing new technic set.
  5. I don't get why they can't make wider rear tyres for a flagship f1 bolide. They have RnD done for slicks, moulds are engineered, materials selected. You just need a cm deeper mold for tyre and rim. I don't get it why they don't do this relatively small investment (I know what I am talking because I'm working in manufacturing industry). I think that is a monetary strategy not to give all upgrades at once so people could be motivated to keep buying the sets almost the same sets every year.
  6. Yes, it totally makes sense for Lego not to introduce different tyres. Value is terrible for 229 euros.
  7. I just start to believe that TLG are running some social experiment... How long people will buy and build the same stuff with different skin.
  8. They are no longer cheap. Ir an alternative as long as cada bricks and beams will be compliant with Lego.
  9. In my opinion cada can't be considered as a cheap alternative to Lego anymore
  10. Maybe it is a pullback or dump function is pneumatic
  11. March wawe looks absurd, Technic went Racers
  12. Yeah, and now we have flagship for 679$. Soon these shells of F1 cars will be sold for 300 and we will romantise Zetros as an example of what package we got for 350. Anyway, for me personally it is getting harder and harder to justify buying new Lego sets since you could buy quite decent other things for the amount of money.
  13. 42203 could be pull back F1 car (last year we had 42169 NEOM McLaren E Race car 452 pcs - 52.99$)
  14. We had two Mercedes F1 cars+ G Wagon and three McLaren cars last year so perhaps JCB monster truck and little backhoe (which may also be JCB licensed) could be a positive sign :) just a matter of perspective.
  15. June/August waves are not revealed yet, why the year is lost?
  16. Eric Trax has 35 thousand followers on the YouTube alone, how does this add to your "fully collerate" numbers?
  17. Sorry, At this point I am thinking you are just a troll. This whataboutism is getting out of hand. * 100 times less expensive is 2 cents which is basically free. It would solve your problem. * Don't tell what authors should do if you are not one of them. You are not in the position to lead this discussion. You don't even have instructions bought from members you are pointing, right? *If you do care about technic community why you are attacking cornerstone members of this community with your nonsense? This is how the "new and large" community should start? Just to make things crystal clear, I am not an author and I buy MOCs. I have several bought from M_longer and Eric trax. I know the quality they serve for the money. I don't see any issues to SUPPORT the skilled creators. At the end of the day you normally have to pay for things which you can't do yourself (plumber, electrician, dentist, quality Lego MOCs, etc.).
  18. Some people just like to tell what other people should do with their intellectual property, so there we have it - a conflict!
  19. In the last page of Lego Technic magazine, which has a wrecking ball set, there is a sneak peak picture of the next magazine set for which should be released this November:
  20. I can also see telescopic handler being assigned to the F1 theme :D
  21. What about Aston Martin Safety car in 1:10 scale
  22. Can these type of boxes be easily flattened?
  23. My bet would be something from NASCAR, due to the several recent colaborations in smaller scale/themes
  24. Very obvious conclusion from car based Technic line up, is that the cars are best-sellers :(
  25. Delay would be possible if McLaren won't accept the design under their license. Which, as we see, was accepted. Judging from the video with a designer, Lego was communicating a lot with McLaren. Btw, do you own 42146?
