Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
I didn't get the joke, actually. For some reason, I thought it was an actual shield, and I was a bit confused. Thanks for the explanation!

Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
Additional details on the Spider-Man 2 Train set: it will be $49.99 with 393 pieces, releasing in August. If the minifigures are straight repeats from No Way Home, I will be very underwhelmed. If they're updated, and the scene looks good - yippie! I'm also glad that they're going iconic scenes without feeling the need to make a multi-hundred dollar set out of it (cough Zelda cough Star Trek cough cough). I wonder if Aunt May or Mary Jane could sneak in as opposed to generic New Yorkers? Bring me Green Goblin next, please! That... Is quite the misunderstanding. So odd that Lego is so allergic to Quicksilver - surely they know he'd be a set seller all by himself, right?

Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
That trailer is probably the most excited I've felt for a Marvel entry for awhile. The Netflix show was a bit more violent than my regular tastes, but I really liked the characters and story. I'm very interested to see how it will turn out (though I think the chances for any Lego tie-ins are extremely slim). We got the character back in 2016! Not quite the same design as the trailer, but pretty similar.

Based on what you posted, here's what was said before the Once Piece parts leaked: If we then break it down, claim by claim: The characters of Luffy, Shanks, Buggy, and Zoro. We have seen two parts for Luffy, nothing from Shanks, one part from Buggy, and nothing from Zoro (unless the beanies would go to them, which I'm not sure about). Even then, they all seem to be popular characters, so it's not too hard to guess they could be included. There were quite a few molds Also something easily guessed. Some parts made of soft plastic Assuming that is referring to the arms, this is probably the best evidence going for it, but it's also not an outlandish guess either. The colors were accurate Was there a doubt that the colors would be inaccurate? Basically a nothing statement. The legs had dual printing No legs have leaked yet, so there's no way to confirm that yet. Though that also wouldn't be an outlandish guess. The hats were well-made. Most of what we have seen are the hats, but, again, is there doubt that that could just be a lucky guess. If we're getting new licensed characters, getting new molds for their iconic hairpieces isn't too outlandish. In other words, most of it is guesswork that, largely, could have been easily predicted. I can maybe lend some credit to the guess of the arms, but, again, that could just be a lucky guess. There's not enough therefor me to fully believe that this person 100% has insider information, or has knowledge that Goku/Dragon Ball is coming. There is a chance, but I'm not seeing enough to really believe it (and even if Dragon Ball does come, the fist "scoop" is enough of a vague guess that a broken clock could be right twice, so I'll still remain skeptical).

Disney Properties 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
Interesting idea, but I think the chances for that are nearly zero. Not only to The Beast's horns not stick out that far or at that angle, but his head is not that big, nor would printing on the lower half of that mold for clothing look good. Honestly, the Friends mold is honestly pretty good for a minifigure (outside of the "cute" eyes).

Super Mario 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
I have no connection to the original Gameboy - only the Advance, and even then I only played a few basic games on there. I wonder if the mention of it "featuring" a Gameboy means anything? Will it include game cartridges, like the NES? A stand for display? Or am I reading into it too much?

LEGO Star Wars 2025 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
I don't think anything can top the fever dream of Darth Jar-Jar, Jedi Bob, and a Rex microfighter. Though the sets being mentioned do sound promising!

Plus, it would get more use out of the Twilek head mold, since Hera brought it back. Personally, though, I'd want Shaak Ti to find a spot at some point. She's only ever been in one set, and unlike most of the Jedi masters, she only has the bug-eyed Clone Wars head to represent her.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 27. Rumors and discussion
I used to go on there occasionally for interviews and reviews, but I've tried to stay away for years. There are way better options out there that don't shove a popup window at you every time you click on a new article.

Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
The Book Nook idea was first voiced by be - I just thought it was odd that the leak came from nowhere and didn't seem to have any other sets tied to it. Ergo, it could have been some kind of a one-off retailor exclusive, which is why my mind went there. If we're getting more Sony Spider-Man sets, though, my idea could very well be wrong!

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 27. Rumors and discussion
There's several other apps that are completely free. I use Minifig Scan, but there are others that also work. Brick Fanatics is just greedy, frankly.

Star Trek 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
That would be a great way to get characters - but another part of a CMF is to get new molds and prints. Most Starfleet characters would be very similar in terns of uniforms, and outside of some head molds, phasers, and maybe some Borg arms, there's not a lot of characters that would deserve a 100% new mold.

Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
Plot twist - Johnny will be on fire, Sue will be invisible, and Reed will be stretchy - but the Thing will be a normal minifigure like Korg, and will somehow have the only normal torso of the bunch.

BrickLink Designer Program Ongoing Discussion Thread
I got several sets from last wave, and I need to keep some saved for Mushroom Village - I think I'll need to pass on these. Though I am tempted by the Seaside Market - I might be swayed by reviews.

Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
I don't want it to be a bookend either! Just preparing for the worst for now (though it would be very odd if 2 of the 3 bookend sets were train-based). Still... A one-off wave covering the first few Spidey films would be fantastic, especially considering the lack of new Marvel stuff/redundancy of current sets. I'll let you dream of a full train; I'll dream of a second, smaller set featuring Green Goblin with a proper mask.

So, if that is the scene we're talking about... A full set? A Marvel bookend, like the LoTR and Harry Potter one?

Doesn't Doc Ock say that line directly to Spidey to get him off his tail after the bank robbery? I'll need to check... EDIT: Yup! 3:27 in this clip:

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 27. Rumors and discussion
Light brown, black, and white. In either case, though, I highly doubt that they would use the wolves in the Twilight set - in the movie, they're bigger than people and would need to be as big as the old Wargs.

Star Trek 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
It's probably the later ones - more recognizable, and they can be repurposed for Voyager/early DS9 uniforms. Plus, Guinan and Spot didn't show up until later in the show, so it would make more sense for later uniforms to match with them. In either case, a $40-60 shuttle with 3 or 4 minifigs would be a great help for massing uniforms and making customs. Knowing Lego, though, it will only be big sets...

Star Trek 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
I will still maintain my minority opinion that I would have rather gotten a bridge with a bunch of minifigs in the same vein as the TV show sets - but I'm very interested in this still! My only hope is that we don't get a look at the final set and the price, only to feel underwhelmed by what is presented. I had been wanting The Legend of Zelda for years, but was pretty disappointed in a $300 tree with only a few minifigures. I'm hopeful the price stays closer to $300 since there won't need to be many minifig molds - but who knows that the "licensed tax" for this will end up being? A good GWP would also be nice - I think a shuttle would be too big, but I think the Ready Room could work.

Paw curls The employee gift for 2025 is a holiday-themed B-wing with exclusive part recolors and a unique torso, making it impossible to cobble together with one's own parts. The Paw will always find a way.

Dream Lego Licensed Themes
Both. Specifically, the list right now is: 4+ Sets: 11201: $19.99 (104 pieces) 11202: $29.99 (133 pieces) 11203: $69.99 (382 pieces) 30687: Polybag Duplo Sets: 10458: $29.99 (22 pieces) 10459: $69.99 (83 pieces) I still don't know if I quite buy that the "Berry" theme is 100% going to be Bluey, but I might be interested in some if they do come out. At least to be able to get figures of Bluey and Bingo. Either way, I'm taking it with a grain of salt until we here something more concrete. Star, Trek, though, has be quite excited! I know that MOCs and other brands have existed now for awhile for the sets, so I'm excited to see what minifigures they go with. Will they start with TOS? TNG? Go the route of the Deku Tree and make a 2-in-1? Make the full ship, or just go with the bridge? I would love it if we could eventually get into more niche things like Quark's Bar or even Voyager, but it's almost certainly going to be an Enterprise first.
