  1. The dragonians feel like a different tribe of the lava monsters from nexo knights. Arin looks slick with the gunmetal hood at the very least.
  2. Forest dragon dragon and kai's rider mech leaked. The forest dragon looks so good! Hyped there getting more uses out of the baby riyu mold.
  3. Not a fan of the Dragonians. would rather them be closer to dragonborns than anything else
  4. Who knows both 84 deceptions. That's as evergreen as you can get. Personally, I've always seen Skywarp as a blank slate vs The more nuanced Thundercracker. Comic wise he is a very interesting character.
  5. I also see it as Hasbro trying to push certain characters too. Best example Elita one. Went from literally no toys to we cant stop getting them. I think the reason they pushing her more than Arcee is due to the fact she has a connection with Optimus Prime. I think the thundercrack situation is due more to the fact female characters just don't sell as well as their male counterparts. Skywarp could be a good testing grounds but what would happen if both were to be shelf warmers. At least that's how I could see hasbro seeing that.
  6. These are internal terms used in hasbro. The reason Devastator is there despite his rarity in media is because he's the most iconic combiner. TFSlagpodcsat talks about it a lot
  7. I made a video reviewing both optimums prime and bumblebee. In that video I talk about how soundwave would be a great fit in lego form.
  8. It has to be among the legendary 7. Those include Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, Grimlock and Devastator. My bets are on Grimlock or Megatron
  9. It seems to make sense seeing how relatively cheap the march wave is. I cant believe I'm calling $70 and $80 sets cheap, but after march 2024 anything that's not 2 $120 sets feels cheap
  10. So I want to research set from the 2000s that have the "limited Edition" or the "Special Edition" banners on them. The issue is I more or less have no idea where to start. Like when did the practice of putting a label or a banner like that start, not including multipacks. I know certain Exo force sets had the label, and I vividly remember the practice stopping in 2012 seeing i had 3 sets from that year that as a kid I know a year prior would have been labeled as such. If anyone can help me that would be great.
  11. Man id love if they covered fictional places, like Atlantis or Mu
  12. Its so nice to have a march wave not filled with $120 sets 2 was just too much. But at least we got Riyu. Probably becasue Tyranitar can learn with a hear scale. It gives some nice coverage.
  13. These are some of the most fascinating Lego sets of all time to me. 2 iconic toys collide into an awesome product. For the 40th anniversary I decide to take a crack at reviewing these awesome sets!
  14. Man I just don't want GWP's to be what could be a $20 to $30 set that could be on shelves. The classical remake sets should have all been retail releases. The Fell Beast from LOTR should have been in barad dur set. Without the GWP that set will always feel incomplete buying it.
  15. If there is one thing I dislike about the modern Lego animation style is how the minifigures don't belong in the world that was created for them. Like the cat being next to Zoey just feels so wrong to me, at least the set looks cool, both versions.
  16. The colors of the moc remind me of Excellion or Hot Shot in the English version of Transformers Galaxy Force.
  17. That's a yikes. Not even a year old and on clearance. But i personally didn't by this wave feeling it was too nasa punk, not classic or 90s space enough for me.
  18. This was one of the few i had as a kid. Such an awesome set.
  19. I wonder if they could be the first tribe of Chima. At this point the biggest mystery to Chima is why was the landmass floating. I wonder if this is due to the F5/Dragonians?
