my problem was fixed and thanks to everyone for trying to fix my problem

i used the lego website

that didn't work i tried using an diff phone but the issue was the same i already contacted Lego service

the app for the Lego tetehnic is saying that 2 cables aren't connected where they should be but they are connected right
