Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
I wouldn't mind seeing something like a 4-story modular released. Getting some height variation in the city would be great. A skyscraper would stick out a bit too much, imo. I agree that Lego should do some follow ups that match previous architecture styles so little neighborhood or street 'themes' can be built up. Like a French Quarter, for example.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
The Jazz Club is one of my favorite sets and I prefer it over the Museum for various reasons. But back to the thread topic, some of the detailing on the haberdashery looks a bit weak to me, particularly the top floor area. It doesn't look cohesive. I'm sure it'll look better once we get some better pics and different angles.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Looks great. I'm pretty sure the small building is a haberdashery, which is a nice shop addition. The architecture style will clash a bit with the other modulars but there are a few sets it can pair well with. I'll probably place it near the petshop and townhouses. Excited to see more pics!

I'm the opposite - I prefer the looks of the Jazz Club and Corner Garage. In fact, the Jazz Club was what got me interested in the modulars and I like the more gritty vibe it gives off. It's one of my favorites. I guess a big factor could be what style you're going for in your city/neighborhood. I am super excited to see the 2025 modular - a townhouse is perfect for my needs on the other side of town from the jazz club .
