  1. Entry # 28: Build 2 Cars 1 Cup I present you my three builds: 1. t-1507 Race car (RC) -accurate Ackermann steering -openable hood and trunk -full interior 2. v-8080 Race car (RC) -accurate Ackermann steering -open able hood, trunk and gull wing doors -working steering wheel (connect properly rubber band) 3. d-2010 Cup on a table -fully functional table, table cloth with one cup Both cars are RC, built on the same chassis. I have built many Lego RC cars some designed by myself some by other Lego builders but this chassis setup with old Lego differential and Ackermann setup works the best. Even if you push the car by hand the gears will not skip as wheels would turn the electromotor instead. Useful when you have small kids that take things in their own hands Great fun for indoor. These cars are fully functional as the chassis has been built before and tested IRL. Please find lfx files here (built with LDD) no parts missing. https://drive.google...R3dmaEdqYkZsYWs HQ renders here: http://imgur.com/a/5CXya Have fun building Thank you Damir
  2. Any plans for instructions or digital release for this bad boy? Btw stunning moc
  3. Jes, it works like charm, fast and precise. Feel free to build it yourself...
  4. Here you go, accurate Ackermann steering geometry. LDD file included, fake servo motor easily removable by selecting it from group menu. Have fun! sample.lxf
  5. Awesome engineering (steering, gearbox, engine...), looks not so appealing to my eye. Overall very nice model, kudos Nat.
  6. I must agree with post above, it is not possible to recreate whole thing just from those pictures , somebody is not telling the truth but we are just humans .... Yet again great model by Nathanael
  7. Wanting to make gull-wing Concept Car for so long and finally managed to pull it off after visiting this post. Green panels need to be replaced with proper ones missing from LDD In a few days after i rebuild complete car and test them i will post instructions if i get an approval from Nathanael.
  8. Thanks for comments, if you need more speed you can just replace the gears at the portal axles like this example.
  9. Hello everybody, this has been lying on my shelf for a year now and finally got some time to introduce it to you before i disassemble it. It is Unimog trial truck based on Nico71 drivetrain and partialy frame, cabin is from 8110 U400 but shrinked to fit the smaller chassis. It is a very powerfull and nice entry model and quiet fun to play around. Features: - AWD no differentials - pendular susspension - fake 4 cylinder engine - LDD instructions on my Brickshelf folder http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=532874 Picture above is with alternative bonet if you like it :) Some outdoor testing... Thanks for watching...
  10. Realy nice creation, simple but authentic body work. Looking forward to video demonstration
  11. Finaly made this render, took me 25h to complete
  12. You should try to make it 100% authentic if you have some spare time, that is why i shared my LDD instructions with you. Like i said i have allready disassembled it for i am working on another project. That is true, but these tyres give a bit more Lego babyface feel to it ;). Try using LDD instructions to improve it if you like
  13. It is based on regular Golf :) Hm... front wheel drive requires alot more room and certanly there is no room for FWD differential :p It makes very good turning radius, and ackermann steering plus differential helps to make turns with allmost no unnecessary friction. The car is allready dissasembled since i am working on a new project, and i don't have enough parts for two simultanius builds.
  14. Thanks guys for comments. I start every project with LDD because of it's simplicity, and in every release its getting better and better ;)
  15. Hello all, this is my latest creation. Remote controll Volkswagen Golf with lots of features: - Ackermann steering geometry - rear wheel differential - fake boxer engine - fake (working) steering wheel - flip front bonnet with locking mechanism under steering - openable doors with working door handles - openable trunk Wery fast in corners (Ackermann steering & differential) and fun to drive/play :) More info and LDD instructions on Brickshelf folder http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=509347 Have fun building! Sry for poor video filming/editing ;)
