If anyone in Melbourne's west is looking for Series 2 Minifigs, Target at Highpoint had over 20 boxes of them. Several boxes were unopened if anyone wants a full box. I was a little bit surprised to see that I wasn't the only person there using a printout of the barcodes to identify the MFs. Hopefully they will last longer than the Series 1 minifigs. Highpoint TRU was a little disappointing, the Public Transport Station was nowhere to be seen and the exclusive 7848 Truck had managed to sellout at the ridiculous $69.99. Watergardens Toyworld have the Kingdoms Advent calendar in stock and are expecting S2 MFs in a few days.- Aussie sales! Share the news of LOCAL sales!
No, I haven't seen the impulse sets anywhere. TRU Highpoint has a space for the wizard but was sadly empty. Lots of series 1 minifigs, at $2.99 each. They had 4-5 boxes, several unopened. Bryan- Aussie sales! Share the news of LOCAL sales!
Target are now stocking the Kingdom sets including 7949 which seemed to be missing from Toyworld shelves. This was at Northland which also had a couple of boxes of series 1 minifigs. I now have a full set after getting a zombie, clown, cheerleader and a few others. Bryan- Aussie sales! Share the news of LOCAL sales!
If anyone in Melbourne is looking for 10197 Fire Brigade, Toyworld at Watergardens Shopping Centre had two marked down to $199.99 from $299.99. Bryan- Aussie sales! Share the news of LOCAL sales!
Saw 8097 Slave I in Kmart for $144. Also saw 8093 Plo Koon's Starfighter, 8095 General Grievous Starfighter & 8096 Emperor Palpatine's Shuttle. This is the Kmart in Ballarat so I would assume that other Kmarts in Victoria have also got these sets on the shelves. Bryan- New Elements
Photos of next years Power Miners set appear to have a couple of 1x3 tiles in lime green. It looks like TLC has been listening yet again. Bryan- Power Miners 2010
The new minifigures look good in this set. The vehicle looks okay but the jail looks like it might still be a work in progress. What does surprise me are the new 1X3 tiles in lime green. These should make a few people very happy. There appears to be two on the drink dispenser. Bryan- Odd Shop@Home experience
The TLC finally charged my credit card a couple of days ago so all is good. S@H must have been pretty busy over the holiday season. Curiously my order is still listed as "in process", I hope this doesn't interfere with future orders. I guess time will tell. Bryan- Odd Shop@Home experience
That's pretty much what I thought. The bit that really surprised me was that the package was sent at all. The S@H website still shows my order as "in process". Bryan- Odd Shop@Home experience
I recently (Dec 26) placed an order with S@H worth a little over AUD$400 which I picked up from the post office today. Everything I ordered was in the box and in excellent condition. The odd part is this - my credit card has still not been charged. Has this happened to anyone else? It almost seems as if the warehouse worked over the Christmas break while the office workers took time off. I might have to give them a call to fix this up. Bryan- Mystery FREE Raffle!

I noticed this weekend that 7979 Castle Advent Calendar is already sold out (Australian Lego S@H). I hoped that it might have lasted a bit longer. The city calendar is still available. Oh well there is always Bricklink. Bryan- The free Mini V-19 Torrent raffle
